Lovely very family orientated hotel. Not near anything for 18+ few shops and a supermarket. €7 euro taxi ride to Albufeira which has more to offer. So it depends what your looking for in a hotel. Plenty of good food and drinks all day and night. Cocktails are not good. But just ask for whatever you want and they will make it. They do pack up if your heading out for the day. You get given a water bottle and there are filtered water stations which is great. Overall a good hotel.
Really good hotel! We spent a week all inclusive and we had a great time. Food was great, apartment was spacious, the whole complex was very clean. Staff were great, entertainment team was amazing, they were very good and kids loved them. Only flaw was the limited parking. There was not enough parking spaces for the amount of apartments, so on some days we had to park away from the hotel and walk. Most of the car spaces were taken by staff. If you don’t have a car, it really is amazing hotel.
Food: The quality was well below expectations. The ham appeared to be a starch-blended product rather than real ham, and the vegetables were not fresh. Desserts were clearly not made fresh in-house and tasted low quality. Pool: The pool had fallen leaves in it and wasn’t kept clean. My daughter refused to go in the entire trip because of this. Kids Club: This is the biggest issue. For children over 8, there is no Kids Club — they can only join organised activities. My son is 8, and on the one day we actually needed Kids Club care, we were told it was full and they couldn’t accommodate him. If you’re booking this hotel with a child around this age, be aware there’s a real chance you won’t be able to use the Kids Club when you need it. Staff: Overall, staff did not seem particularly friendly — even a simple hello in passing often went unreturned. Given all of this, I can’t recommend this hotel for families
Really enjoyed stopping at this hotel. With the exception of a few individuals all staff at every level are fantastic. Rooms cleaned daily to excellent standard. We stayed 3rd week of April which was during school term so only very young children, with a few older kids…so less noisy. Restaurant food great with plenty to choose from. The draft beer is Super Bock which was cold and tasty. No premium alcohol drinks such as Bacardi, just the local spirits. Plenty of restaurants and bars around the area including the beachfront which is a 10min walk away. We took a leisurely stroll to Albufeira which took an hour to reach the Waterfront bars, then another 15mins to reach the busy town area, too busy for us. Enjoy!
You will not be disappointed booking this venue, plenty of entertainment, fantastic rooms, food is good variety and shops not far to travel. If you want day trips locally there is a booking shop if you walk out of resort turn left and cross over. Don't bring inflatables or balls there not allowed in pool and the slides are up to 17 yr old only hence the lower rating not top 5 stars
