Truly a top hotel! The service is excellent, with special thanks to Sophie for her friendliness and helpfulness. The breakfast is well prepared and extensive, and the wellness area is absolutely fantastic, a wonderful place to relax after a day on the slopes. The rooms are very tidy and exceptionally clean, which makes the stay even more comfortable. The ski locker is also very well organized and practical. All in all, a fantastic stay and definitely highly recommended!

I highly recommend visiting this wonderful hotel. My family and I spent an amazing week here, and everything was simply perfect. The hotel is modern with beautiful natural touches. The rooms are very clean, the atmosphere is calm and relaxing, and the food is both tasty and healthy. The service is excellent, and the staff are incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone, and as for me, I will absolutely come back again!
We had amazing time here! Whole hotel is beautiful. Located right next to lift and you have ski storage for yourself. Meals were really really good!!! Spa is good as well. You have outdoor pool as well but we used it as a cold pool after sauna. Highly recommended this hotel.
Cannot express fully how wonderful our stay in ADEA was…!! Sophie made our holiday extra special by looking after us so well and ensuring everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The rooms are heavenly and perfectly appointed with every conceivable detail and luxury. True ski-in n out, with the most beautiful views from every angle of the hotel. The food was delicious and never missed a beat. Expansive wine list, wish I had access to it back in Ireland! Denise was always so helpful and enthusiastic, as was Alexandra and all the staff to be honest! Friendliest hotel with the most chilled ambiance and excellent hospitality morning, noon and night! We chose this property because of its proximity to the ski slopes and based on very positive reviews. After a 14-day stay with my family, I feel that many of those reviews likely come from guests staying only a few days and focusing mainly on skiing (which is indeed excellent). I have been traveling regularly for over 20 years, staying in everything from top luxury hotels (highest-tier member of Hilton Honors and Marriott Bonvoy) to very basic accommodations. I do not expect perfection, but I do expect honesty, cleanliness, safety, and professional service — especially at this price level. Important: this is not a hotel, but an aparthotel, which is not clearly communicated and directly impacts the level of service one should expect from a 4-star property. Room & Housekeeping: The junior suite was new and technically fine, with heated bathroom floors. However, housekeeping was extremely limited — beds made and towels changed only if left on the floor. Floors were not cleaned, surfaces not dusted, and large amounts of dust and trash were found under furniture. Proper cleaning required repeated requests at reception. Restaurant & Breakfast: Breakfast service was chaotic and clearly understaffed. Waiting 30–40 minutes for coffee or eggs was normal. There is no self-service coffee machine; all coffee is prepared at the bar using a single machine. Food quality was acceptable but repetitive, despite claims of wide variety. Tables were not cleared on time, and staff frequently appeared uncoordinated and unprofessional. A serious incident occurred when I was served cappuccino with regular milk despite an allergy, resulting in illness and losing a full ski day. Safety & Theft: A personal item stored in a bathroom drawer disappeared during our stay. The hotel’s response was slow, ineffective, and showed no real concern or accountability. From that moment, I did not feel safe leaving belongings in the room. Ski lockers & Facilities: Key cards often malfunctioned, and a four-person apartment had boot dryers for only two pairs of boots. The kids’ room is small, located near the garage, and poorly maintained. The wellness area is not family-friendly (no children’s pool, no family sauna). Summary: This is one of the most expensive properties in the area, yet the service, cleanliness, and organization are far below what its rating and price suggest. I would not return and cannot recommend this property.
