I stayed at AKKA Antedon with my family. The resort itself is beautiful, the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The facilities are good, and the hotel has great potential.
Unfortunately, the service was far below the standard expected from a five-star resort. Many waiters seemed to pay much more attention to guests who tipped them, while others had to wait much longer or were simply ignored. Every guest should receive the same level of service, regardless of whether they leave a tip.
The biggest disappointment was the way my young son was treated. He waited patiently in line for about 20 minutes to ride one of the electric cars. When it was finally his turn, a staff member allowed another child to go ahead of him without any explanation. My son was heartbroken and started crying. We expected the staff to handle the situation fairly, but they showed little concern and made no effort to correct their mistake.
It’s disappointing because the hotel itself is very nice, but service and customer care are just as important as the facilities. Sadly, our experience did not match the standard we expected, and for that reason I can only give this hotel 2 out of 5 stars.
We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights. Room was spacious and clean, just like a picture in a booking. Staff is nice, huge thank you to the cleaning lady who kept our room nice and clean. The food was good with lots of option. Staff was quick and efficient, but huge thank you to waiter Ramazan who made our dinners special, he was the reason why spend all our dinners at the same section of restaurant. Such an attentive person, would always check in if we needed refill on a drinks, helped our daughter(10y) carry her plates.
As an improvement, I would recommend reception stuff giving more instructions for guests. We barely got any information regarding events that happen during the stay, locations such as where is spa, al carte restaurants etc. Would be nice if the map of the hotel with buffet and bar closing-opening times was presented upon check in and yes I saw in elevators the schedules but they change on the screen so fast I could barely read it. All we got upon check in is the room keycard and towel cards. I can’t say that reception staff was rude, more like dismissive when ever we asked for something it was like go there and ask that other person, when all of that could have been handled over on check in day with brochures and yes I downloaded the hotel app, which have some misleading information regarding al carte restaurants prices. And really think of providing guests a hotel map, we found coffee shop on the property the last day of our stay, which is sad it had such a nice coffee there.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it, especially for families with children.
The staff were incredibly helpful and professional. We experienced an accommodation issue upon arrival, and Niyaz went above and beyond to resolve it quickly and efficiently, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay.
The hotel is in a great location. The animation team was fantastic, very engaging, energetic, and friendly, providing enjoyable activities for both adults and children.
Amazing experience! Everything was great! Every single member of the team treated us with utmost respect and friendliness. The food was out of this world delicious and at any time there was something available if hunger strikes.
The guest relations team, and especially Leman, were really helpful and supporting in any request we might had.
Overall, we can only recommend this place to stay as long as possible!
Thanks to the whole team for this experience and until next time!

I stayed at Akka Antedon about a month ago, and this was actually my third time visiting the hotel. I had always been very satisfied with the quality of the service during my previous stays, so unfortunately, this time I felt a little disappointed.
The hotel itself is nice and generally clean, but there were a few things that really stood out to me. The room I stayed in this time had a bathroom positioned between two rooms, without a proper door that could be locked for privacy. In my opinion, this is simply not an appropriate design for a hotel room and definitely needs to be reconsidered.
The food was another disappointment. The menu was almost exactly the same every day, with very little variation. For a resort of this standard, I expected more variety and more changes throughout the week.
The service also left a lot to be desired. Some members of the staff seemed quite slow and inexperienced. For example, I once asked a waiter for a glass of water, and instead of bringing me fresh water, he discreetly poured someone else's leftover water into a clean glass and gave it to me. I found this extremely inappropriate and unhygienic. I strongly believe the hotel needs to improve its staff training and make sure that everyone working with guests understands the standards of proper customer service.
However, I would like to give a special mention to Seyfi, who was absolutely wonderful. He was very welcoming, friendly, professional, and communicated with guests exceptionally well. He truly deserves to be praised!
As for the entertainment team, I found them to be quite inactive and lacking energy. They often seemed tired and not very enthusiastic about the activities they were hosting. Another thing I noticed was that Russian songs were played during many of the activities, which sometimes felt unfair to guests coming from other countries. I believe the entertainment should be more diverse and inclusive of all nationalities staying at the hotel.
These were the main things that bothered me during this stay. Apart from these points, everything else was generally okay.
Since this was my third visit, I really hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously. I remember Akka Antedon providing a much higher level of service in the past, and I would genuinely love to see that standard return because I still believe the hotel has a lot of potential.
