Wow lovely hotel, the small entrance opens up into a very lovely foyer, Our room was lovely and big, lovely view over the pool, breakfast great everything you could need. Dinner was good for me 5 out of 7 nights, just these night the themes did not take my fancy, but enjoyed the salads and cold meat and cheese. Swimming pool lovely and clean and no rush for sun beds even when they say you can’t put towels down and leave them empty for a period of time, some couples / groups went missing for hours after putting towels down. Pool staff lovely and friendly and great service, food also very nice at pool bar. Entertainment was hot and miss, a couple nights very good. The entertainment staff around pool with water aerobats was not for the faint hearted, Very intense but very enjoyable watch people trying to keep up, the only downside to the pool area is the location of toilets. Very friendly staff, good gym and no noise from the outside area. Rooms service ok, had to ask for towels due to non left also did not top coffee and milk up every day, 4 little milk for 2 people, one cup each and gone, wonder why people were picking up a few coffee and tea items at breakfast. No charge on safe great to see and hotel do this.
Avoid this hotel — room above the restaurant left us smelling of curry for days We were placed in a room directly above the hotel’s Indian restaurant, and the cooking smell was overwhelming. It seeped into the room, our clothes, our hair, and even our suitcase — everything reeked within the first hour as we checked in. When we complained, the hotel simply said we’d been given the room we booked, based on availability, and seemed to put the blame back on us. That misses the point entirely: a room should be liveable regardless of category. Nobody should have to sleep somewhere reeking of restaurant fumes night after night. The smell caused real stress and disrupted sleep throughout our stay. It’s disappointing that the hotel prioritised filling the room over addressing a basic habitability issue. I’m also making a formal complaint with Spain’s consumer protection authorities, since accommodation should meet basic standards of suitability and ours didn’t. We have all the evidence recorded too. The hotel has not been able to compensate us or move us to another room therefore we will take the actions further to the consumer protection of Spain. The room that they have offered us after 2 nights in this horrible room above the restaurant was a tiny bit better with no smell. However the room itself was very loud as the noise of the elevator moving kept us awake all night. Overall all their rooms are the same and we would advise not to book with them if you want to be able to enjoy your holiday and get some sleep.
This hotel in my opinion was excellent, the staff were very helpful. I went Bed and breakfast with my favorites club. A lot of people say My favourite club is not woth it,The my favourite club was £66 each extra. You have a lounge open until 9 with free drinks i.e fanta cola and wine and Local beer. Some snacks. You also get access to the roof terrace upgraded room, so I got my moneys worth. Location is excellent everything is very close
A beautiful hotel. We booked a last minute holiday for a few days. We had bed and breakfast, the choice at breakfast was fabulous. Everything you could possibly want. The rooms we're very comfortable and cleaned to a very high standard every day. Would recommend this hotel to anyone, we would definitely return. Just to add, it's adult only which was a nice surprise.
My daughter and I absolutely loved this hotel and hope to go back. The foyer area is stunning, the food was lovely and the pool area with pool bar was just busy enough to have a lovely atmosphere. The staff, including the young lady who was the waitress at the pool bar were just so friendly. All Inclusive was fabulous and we tried the VIP experience as we were celebrating birthdays- it made the stay even more special. The bay itself was lovely with a huge variety of bars and restaurants. We will definitely be going back!
