Absolutely loved our stay here. Lovely, clean, modern hotel. Rooms are nice and spacious, plenty of choice at all meals. The food was always of a great standard, too. Huge pool, animation team were great at keeping everyone entertained, without being pushy or intrusive. Great location for a quick walk into town or to the beach, also has a free shuttle service for the latter. In all honesty, couldn't fault the place, and our entire party of 13 all said they'd stay here again.
We got back from a 10 day stay at this hotel on Tuesday and we had a fantastic time. We had read the reviews and was a little apprehensive but needn't have worried, the hotel was spotlessly clean, all the staff was very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The room was cleaned every day and the the cleaners were very pleasant. The pool areas were clean and tidy with plenty of sunbeds available. The food was very nice with plenty to choose from, yes it can be a bit repetitive but that is to be expected from all inclusive, there were plenty to eat from salads and cooked options to desserts. The entertainment was excellent from the kids disco to the adult entertainment. The staff worked exceptionally hard. We will definitely be returning next year.
Will be spending every night eating out with a family of 6 as the food & drinks are of a poor standard. Very basic and skimping on the quality of the food & drink. All about maximising profit. I feel the hotel has really let itself down in this area. I have experienced far better at other 4 star hotels. Probably add at least 1500 euros to the cost of my holiday & this is what the hotel wants. Money for nothing for them.
couldn’t ask for more. 💖 ☀️ we were with 11 month old baby in all inclusive. breakfast,snaks, lunch and dinner had plenty to chose from. also a bar near the pool served drinks all day til night, soft drinks, coffee, beer, cocktails. we always found a sunbeds after lunch. staff is friendly. i would say we saw more families with smaller kids than not. but there is a separate eating place for families with kids 12yo + i think so you can get some peace if you prefer. however no separate adults pool. our hotel room had a living room with small kitchen so that made our stay more comfortable and spacious. you have a supermarket is within walking distance. our room was cleaned and tidied up every day since we asked for it (leaved a hanging card for it) so no problems with that. obrigada pelas férias maravilhosas!
Loved every minute of it!!! Came with my partner and 2 of our friends we got rooms next to each other As soon as you step in the hotel all you smell is how clean it is, you see the cleaners cleaning all the time nothing is too much for them. I came a year ago and everything was as good as it was last time. Love the location and the pool is massive! The pool is cold however it’s lovely when you get sun burnt it cooled it down right away. The hotel has a little shop which has everything you need. Loved it, the cocktails are great and the staff was all lovely and friendly! Paulo was amazing I had him last time we was here on reception and he was just as lovely!❤️ Thank you Paulo! I’ll be back soon!❤️✈️
