Lovely hotel, clean and well run. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Service at all times very good. Food very good although we didn’t eat evening meals at the hotel. Rooms were excellent - spacious bathroom and balcony. Overall an excellent hotel in a great location. Some evening entertainment would have been nice - it was very quiet after 9pm in all parts of the hotel but there is plenty to do along the harbour. Would recommend for couples and families with older children.
I booked this hotel via Indulgent Escapes with Jet2 and I am delighted that I booked Hotel Annabelle. The room is lovely and the hotel accommodated our requests to have a twin and be near another room booked with family.
Others have commented on all the facilities but I feel the dining experience is exceptional and maybe the previous reviewer did not try out all the various restaurant options as we did. We had absolutely fantastic fine dining experiences each night at Ouranos, Mediterranean and Amorosa! The staff were very polite but warm and knowledgeable. As a family we requested different starters and mains to try out new flavours and all the meals were presented to a very high standard and were exceptionally delicious! We especially liked the little extras like aperitif, amusebouches and palate cleansers at Amorosa as well as the chef explaining the dishes, but all the hotel restaurants gave us a fantastic experience! I can't understand why they weren't busier although it did make the evenings more special for us.
The service at Mediterraneo on the beach is also efficient and friendly. Sorry I didn't catch the staff members' names. We had the breakfast buffet at Mediterraneo too which had everything you would expect and was delicious.
One other point we liked is that we could anyways find sunbeds at any time of day we felt like going to the beachfront.
I would definitely return to Hotel Annabelle if we return to Paphos!
I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Annabella Hotel for my daughter’s 18th‑birthday trip to Cyprus.
From the moment we arrived, the team was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. We were welcomed with complimentary welcome drinks, and a lovely birthday cake was specially prepared for my daughter. To our delight, we also received a complimentary room upgrade.
Every single detail throughout our one‑week stay was flawless. The service was impeccable, warm and considerate in every way. This hotel made my daughter’s milestone birthday truly unforgettable.
I wholeheartedly recommend Annabella Hotel. A huge thank‑you to all the staff and management for such a perfect experience!
Brilliant hotel and experience here. We did make the mistake of not booking an adult only hotel- the only drawback were the screaming kids at the pool every day so we took the sun beds at the front of the terrace which helped. Otherwise the stay was perfect, the rooms were very clean, and tidied by staff twice daily. I used their dry cleaning service which was great and quick, the room has a safe, plenty of hangars, television with good channel choices, and the best bit was the lovely balcony overlooking the harbour. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the breakfast team were brilliant and receptionists on check in and check out were patient, explained things in detail and helpful. Small things like the doorman opening the door to the front of the hotel. They really do customer service well. There are great restaurants in the hotel, but we ate out for lunch and dinner as we like the local cuisine and exploring, but it’s there if you need it. There are multiple pools and you are on the beach front for the sea. It’s walkable to the main places of interest and 7 minute taxi / Bolt to the old town (use Bolt). My only moan is the sun bed mattress could be thicker, it’s not the most comfortable.
I would like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to Ms. Irini, who works at the spa, and Ms. Katerina, who works at the reception at Annabelle Hotel in Paphos.
Both of them provided us with exceptional service, with great professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. Their warm smiles, patience, helpfulness, and willingness to assist with anything we needed made our stay even more pleasant and special.
Irini – thank you for the wonderful service and warm, caring attitude at the spa.
Katerina – thank you for the warm welcome, your kindness, and your professionalism throughout our stay.
Employees as dedicated and caring as you are are truly a great asset to the hotel. Thanks to you, we felt welcomed, valued, and genuinely well taken care of.
A huge thank you to both of you!
We will be very happy to return to Annabelle Hotel and see you again. ❤️
