Very disappointing – definitely not worth the money Our stay at Tasis Hotel was a very disappointing experience, and unfortunately, we cannot recommend this place. The room was not properly clean, and the air conditioning did not work as it should. These are basic things that should not be an issue, especially when paying for a holiday. The food was another major disappointment. Although it seemed fresh, the quality was very poor and the food was extremely tasteless. We expected much better, but the meals were far below what we consider an acceptable standard. The biggest problem, however, was the attitude of the staff. We contacted the hotel one day before our arrival and specifically asked if we could check in earlier. We were told that it would be absolutely fine. When we arrived, however, they refused to let us check in as promised. The staff were extremely unfriendly and made us feel unwelcome from the very beginning. Travelling with a small child made the situation even more frustrating. We were not allowed to take food to our room for our child, even though the apartment had its own kitchen. We simply could not understand why such a basic and reasonable request was refused. Overall, the service was disappointing, the accommodation did not meet our expectations, and the attitude of the staff made the experience even worse. For us, this was definitely not a place we would return to or recommend to others.
Our stay with our family, including children of different ages, was wonderful! 🤩 We are extremely grateful to the animation team — Rosen, Stely, and Eli. They put all their love and energy into the activities, games, and entertainment from morning until late at night. 🫶🏼 My 4-year-old daughter absolutely loved the kids’ workshops, while adults and older children had so much fun playing water polo, volleyball, and darts. 🎯 Aquaaerobics, dancing, foam parties, a kids’ disco, and evening shows for adults — we absolutely loved it all! 🤩 Thank you so much! The FUN&SUN animation team is simply the best!!! 💕😍
Our stay here was excellent and .everything was clean ,organized and fun .the waterslides were in perfect condition and always supervised by a worker ! The best part of our stay was the fun challenges and games organized by the animator team both for adults and kids .I 100% recommend this and I hope I can return to this hotel next year !!!😆😆
We stayed for 4 nights in a privately owned apartment within the Tarsis hotel complex. The apartment itself was excellent – clean, well-equipped, and the owner was extremely kind and helpful. Unfortunately, our experience was negatively affected by the interaction with the hotel reception staff, whose services are used by all guests, including those staying in private apartments. Upon arrival, we were asked to pay for pool access, even though it is a shared facility included for all apartments. Only after insisting did they admit it was a “mistake” – a mistake so common that we had actually been warned about it beforehand. Later, we were told we had to pay for the access card, when in fact it was just a refundable deposit with a receipt. When I asked for the receipt, the staff member started yelling that I could have the receipt but not the money. Even though the receipt clearly stated “deposit,” it was still a struggle to get the money back. The security staff were also extremely rude. At 6 PM, when the pool closes, they made announcements in a threatening tone, almost as if they were about to physically force people out. There was a complete lack of politeness and basic decency. The restaurant looks so bad that ilI was happy I didn't switched to the ultra all inclusive option. The shares spaces were dirty (doors, handles, receprion space etc). I highly recommend the apartment and its lovely owner, but the hotel’s management and staff seriously need training in hospitality and customer service. Their behavior can really damage an otherwise pleasant stay.
Hotel location was a little out the way (when walking in 40° heat) but close enough to attractions. Pools were nice and slides were good! Food: snack bar was lovely but only alone guy cooking 1 snack at a time so could be a wait when busy. Evening food was OK. Not hot but edible. Didn't eat there often. Drinks were served from the pool bar, soft drinks, beer, choice of 2 cocktails. no branded drinks included but we're available for a charge. Rooms, spacious with fridge. I often refuse service when I'm still in the room but even on days that they were in the room, beds not made (which is maybe me just being a snob), floors mot moped and don't believe swept - we had many spider webs at floor level which would have been cleared if swept. Our room did have a few extra lodgers (ants) which weren't nice to find on the bed. All in all, not what i expected from a 4 ⭐️ hotel and I wouldn't stay here again.
