We had an amazing time here with our young family. They were so lovely kind and accommodating. The food was great ( even for the fussy eater in our family ) the unlimited ice cream helped. My daughter loved the aqua arobics and the pool was amazing. The cleaning ladies who cleaned our room were so lovely and very helpful with our daughter if she needed anything and were so friendly towards her and she loved seeing them in the morning! The staff, especially - Mr Antonis, Victoria, Katia, Manolis and Maria ( hair salon ) & Georgia ( mini mart ) were so lovely. But honestly ALL the staff, were so kind and friendly and the lovely ladies doing the sports activities too! The facilities were great, clean and tidy. The room was lovely too super clean and the bed was super comfy ( maybe the rooms just need a little modernisation) but honestly it was lovely! We really did have a great time and coming back! Thank you :)
We’ve stayed at Cavo Spada twice now and we absolutely love it. It’s a beautiful, spacious hotel with lots of greenery, a peaceful atmosphere, great food and genuinely friendly staff. It never feels crowded or like a huge hotel complex. You can simply relax and enjoy Crete. We would happily come back. ❤️
Overall - very nice hotel. Made our vacation amazing. Spacious room, silent air condition. Very pleasant and accomodating staff. The beach is great (although the sea gets deeper quite fast) and sunbeds are free. Tasty food with good variety. Coffee was also good for the hotel. Nice gym, beautiful area with lots of flowers and trees. One of the best features for us were water refilling stations all over the area. So simple, but so nice and eco-friendly! So don't forget to grab your favorite bottle or buy the one in the nearest supermarket or souvenir shop. It is also nice that they are surving water and soft drinks in the glass. Things to improve: clean a bit the territory from the construction garbage (not nice seening some plastic flying around, lying under trees, kittens playing with it :-( And maybe desserts - would be nice to have baklava, chalva and more local ones and to have less sugar in all of them. But, on the other side, I have no regrets replacing desserts with amazing fruits 3x a day :-)
Amazing hotel to relax,exercise and enjoy the great outdoors and indoors areas. The wiew is magnificent and the sea is crystal clear. The 5 stars are for the hole staff from room service to the waitresses in the restaurant to the kitchen staff. If you like great food and variety this is the place for you. Breakfast lunches and dinner all is highlighted recommended and has high class. We hade the all inclusive package. Stefanos big thanks for the laughs and aperoldrinks.Katarina makes the best sourdrink i will miss them. Argiris special thanks for the greatest coffe, you knew exactly what I liked. The only thing we can tip is to improve the sunbeds, maybe cushions to go with.And bring bathing shoes the beach this area has a lot of rocks and in the sea.Kolymbari area is more quiet and relaxed. Big thanks to Apollos staff for fantastic activities and their positive impact 👏
This was the best All-inclusive resort we’ve been to. Trip with friends, great variation in breakfast, lunch and dinner. Many activities to do that are planned every day. Great manager of the hotel which is not only a great manager but also a great beach volleyball player! Very good service! Would 10/10 recommend this destination if you are an active person that value great service, great training opportunities and would like your vacation to the fullest!
