Amazing stay! Already booked to come back next year. Excellent for family holidays with the kids. Super service and activities. The food is exceptional. Best buffet selection and quality I've had anywhere. Shout-out to Serdar from the restaurant team who was super helpful and friendly. Chef de village Giovanni was also great and you could see his passion for the club.
We stayed here for Tomorrowland. I had to leave a review for 2 main reasons. 1. The view from our room, the dining room, and the bar patio were incredible, surreal, and beyond beautiful. 2. Fatima and Andres went above and beyond for us!! I had to give them a solo, specialized thank you! The bartenders were great. Food was very good. DJ for happy hour was also great. Not a normal stay, due to it being for a festival, but worth a review for sure!
This is our 2nd club med, and first one in the Alps. Kid services and ski classes are all great. Personnel is friendly and lovely. Room is comfortable and spacious for a family of 4 with 2 young kids. The only things that I think are worth improving: 1. Odeur de canalisation. Especially in the staircase between Floor 0 and the Pic Blanc Restaurant, and the part near the swimming pool, and even part of the restaurant during the early days of the week. 2. Staff needs general training about hotel facilities. We asked at least 5-6 different staff members to get the right info about the exact location of the laundry room. And same for breakfast opening hour on Sunday (check out day). At least 3 staff at the reception confirmed that the restaurant would open earlier than usual for checkout and departure purposes, while in reality the restaurant stayed firmly shut till 710, and that was only because one staff decided to let us in “early” since there were lots of people waiting.
I had a very pleasant stay overall. We stayed at the resort for seven nights on an all-inclusive basis, and the experience was largely enjoyable. The family room was spacious, comfortable, and cleaned daily, which we really appreciated. The buffet offered a wide variety of options, and overall the food was good. However, at breakfast, we had to repeatedly explain that we do not eat ham, as eggs were often mixed in the same bowl with it. Despite raising this with the manager, it continued throughout our stay, which was disappointing. At lunch, many salad dishes included tuna, which limited vegetarian-friendly options. The room was comfortable but lacked some basic amenities such as cotton pads, cotton buds, shower caps, and slippers. Aside from these points, everything else was well maintained, and we had a great overall experience.
It was a wonderful place to recalibrate, with an atmosphere that felt both elegant and restorative. Surrounded by the beauty of the mountains, it offered a sense of calm, comfort, and understated luxury — the perfect setting to pause, breathe, and truly unwind.
