I enjoyed a beautiful stay in this hotel. The staff was very friendly and resolves quickly in case any issues occur. However, calling all inclusive means all inclusive. However, it is sure I will come back and that is the reason I can recommend this hotel for a refreshing experience.
Hello. This Hotel is outstanding good and the Personal is so kind. All what you want you get it in a minute. The Location is more a beautyful. You can be here alone, as a couple or with your famely. Sadly I can’t recommend this place for vegans, vegetarians or to people with allergies😞🌱Despite how cheap vegan protein can be (tofu, beans etc.) I was mostly eating bread or pasta with tomato sauce. I was also given a latte with regular milk instead of oat milk due to language barrier. But overall the staff and atmosphere were nice 🙏
Still one of my favorite hotels in Lara, staff excellent! Very clean, good variety of food, friendly with kids, small enough not too big to be lost, Beach without stones, good pools amazing in general! Rooms maybe a bit small and old but you don't sleep there forever you are there for the activities!
Terrible experience. Avoid. Expensive, unorganised, not enough space for guests. Not enough lifts, expensive amenities (spa massage, photos, arcade), not enough space in canteen, dinner hall staff are rude and amateur, no idea of hospitality, they look like they are being forced to work, very very bad hotel, avoid go elsewhere. Massively overpriced and the hotel is trying too hard to be “luxury” and “prestige”. The cleaner did not fill our room as expected, left out towels and cleaning products despite us telling them several times. So so so amateur what a shame
