Beautiful internal building with its own casino everything was spotlessly clean the food was always fresh and hot I'm beautifully prepared.
The rooms were spotless and constantly cleaned every day beds made towels changed.
Staff all friendly and helpful. drinks were good quality
Kids pool was brilliant and the kids entertainers were super friendly.
Even the food served in the pool bar was fresh and delicious everyday.
We had a hire car parking is 12 euros a day at the hotel however we were hinted buy perception that Road parking was free.
Evening entertainment for the grown-ups was very good most nights there was something for everyone.
The Saturday night pool party he's just that if you're going to go take your inflatables and a change of clothes because everyone is welcome to get back in the pool it was brilliant for the kids my 7-year-old and his new Paul friends had a brilliant last night it really made the holiday security were on hand and plenty of staff for safety.
Easy access to the beach plastic cups provided for drinking by the pools and a fantastic range of non-alcoholic beverages including zero alcohol Beer on tap which was delicious.
I also liked that there were brand name drinks available for you to purchase at an extra cost if you wanted something specific I wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again.
Definitely worth the Seaview upgrade as the corner and sea facing rooms are larger as well as having a great balcony view but being so close to the seafront I think you would struggle not to have a good view regardless
We are currently on holiday at the Estival Torrequebrada and having a wonderful time. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome.
A special shoutout goes to David on reception, who handled our check in. He was incredibly helpful and welcoming taking the time to explain absolutely everything we needed to know. You can tell he is truly passionate about his work! He even went out of his way to make my son laugh and tried to teach him some Spanish which was such a lovely personal touch.
The overall standard of cleanliness here is excellent. Our room is really clean and the cleaners are always on the go making sure the whole hotel is spotless. It’s a great change of pace as you really don't see that level of dedication in many other places!
The facilities are also fantastic:
The Pools: The pool area is great and well thought out with three different options one for the kids, one for families and a separate one for adults.
The Food: The food changes every night, though it's worth noting it has been mainly fish for the past three nights. It's perfectly fine if you are a fish eater, but something to keep in mind if you prefer other options!
The hotel staff as a whole are so welcoming and constantly working hard to ensure everyone is happy. We highly recommend this hotel!
I have just stayed here and i would not recommend.
Only had one big long pillow. When i asked for an alternative there was nothing available. The bed is very uncomfortable. We paid for all inclusive and you only get one bottle of water and two tea bags for the room. To replace these, you have to pay. I noticed blood at the end of my bed on the bedding. This remained there for two days till i was finally able to get hold a of cleaner to change the bedding. They did not change any bedding they only make said bed. Untill i had to ask for It to be done.
The food is very hit and miss. And the all day food is very shocking. Either dry burgers of chicken nuggets.
The saving grace are the spa and the bar staff. The reception staff took over an hour to check me and my friends in. We was the only people there.... Urgency was to be desired.
Well what can I say this hotel is amazing. Clean rooms food lovely location spot on. Stayed here in June and will definitely go back.
Plenty of sun beds so no one was fighting for a bed lol. Lovely staff very friendly and no issues whatsoever.
If you like the casino they is one in the hotel but I never went in so can't say a lot about it.
Absolutely fantastic hotel! Everything was spotless — from the rooms to the dining areas, bars, and poolside. We chose the all-inclusive option, and the food exceeded expectations: amazing quality with a huge variety available every night.
The drinks were excellent, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, which really added to the experience. The gym was also a big highlight — well-equipped with plenty of machines and weights for a proper workout, unlike some hotels where the “gym” is just a treadmill and not much else.
The location is great too. The views from the balcony were stunning, and it’s only about a 30-minute walk into Benalmádena. Getting to Málaga is also very easy, with convenient bus connections nearby.
If you’re looking for great value, fantastic food, and a reliable, relaxing getaway, this hotel is an excellent choice.
