Overall, this resort presents itself much better online and on travel websites than it actually is in reality.
One of the biggest issues we experienced was the swimming pool. Our light-colored swimwear became stained green, and our children’s blonde hair also developed a green tint. We also noticed a green, sticky residue around the edge of the pool at the waterline, which gave the impression that the pool was not being maintained to the standard we expected. We observed staff pouring several large containers of a green-colored chlorine product (“Hipoclorito Puig”) into the pool. Whether this was directly related or not, the pool water clearly caused discoloration to clothing and hair during our stay.
Another major disappointment was the resort’s claim of being smoke-free. In practice, many guests were smoking cigarettes and using e-cigarettes throughout the resort, including inside the building, in the restaurant, and even inside the pool bar where children were present. Staff did not intervene and appeared to accept this behavior, making the smoke-free policy feel meaningless.
The hotel was also heavily occupied by loud groups of British guests, which significantly affected the overall atmosphere and made it difficult to enjoy a peaceful family holiday.
On a positive note, the animation team deserves a special compliment. They were enthusiastic, friendly, and worked incredibly hard to keep the children entertained. They were by far the highlight of our stay.
Unfortunately, based on our overall experience, I would not recommend this hotel to families with young children. There are better-maintained and more family-friendly resorts available that offer a healthier and more enjoyable environment.
We had a fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, check-in was warm and welcoming. When I asked for mosquito spray, Marabih who worked at the front desk called housekeeping, and someone was at our door to handle it within five minutes. Housekeeping kept our room spotless throughout our stay, and small touches, like the front desk host, Marabih, giving a respectful nod whenever I walked by later in the week, made us feel genuinely seen and valued.
A huge shoutout to the entertainment team: Didi, Manu, Matias, and Claudia! They did a phenomenal job keeping everyone entertained and made the trip extra special. They were seamlessly multilingual, amazing with the kids, and organized tons of great activities for guests. My daughter loved going to the kids' club and could hardly wait for the mini disco show to start every evening.
The food was good, and the restaurant staff was super friendly. The only minor downside was that tables weren't always cleared very quickly between guests. A few times we ended up standing at our table waiting for it to be cleared while staff seemed busy with other priorities or simply didn't notice us yet. Still, their effort and hospitality made for a wonderful stay!
Overall, an incredible experience, 10/10!
Rooms were beautiful, reception staff were so helpful when we requested to switch rooms (were given poolside ground floor, which did not feel safe with a toddler but perfect for older kids!). Food was always lovely and a good range for the hotel size. Always found a lounger as staff remove towels if people don't show up after breakfast has finished. Very kid friendly, entertainment staff were great at including all ages and the pools were fantastic. Around 10 mins walk to the beach with a toddler with lots of restaurants nearby. Would absolutely come back again, thank you for a wonderful week!
A huge thank you to the amazing Animation Team! ☺️🩷🩷🩷
A special thanks to Minu, Claudia, Dini, and the whole team! You truly made our stay so enjoyable and memorable.
The entertainment program throughout the day was fantastic, with great activities and an amazing atmosphere for the whole family.
The Animation Team is definitely one of the biggest strengths of this hotel. Keep up the great work! 👏🥰
Just returned from a lovely week away, my little girl had an amazing time, the staff are all so friendly and welcoming. All the entertainment staff were amazing! Took their time to work their way round each child to make sure they had fun. The cleaners were friendly and did an amazing job, the food was spot on always fresh and hot with a good variety. Just missing being able to make a toastie! You could help yourself for hot and cold drinks round the pool. Nice location plenty to walk to and places to go. Ide go back tomorrow if I could.
