This was our first holiday together abroad. We only did 4 nights but had a great time. We arrived around lunchtime and our room was ready and we could start to enjoy everything straight away. We couldn't do a late checkout but they said we could use the facilities and still have lunch which was great. The food was really good with a good selection. The cleaning staff were excellent as were the bar and kitchen staff. The entertainment team were great fun and my 8 year old loved the kids club. We had a triple room which was modern, clean and spacious. We will definitely come back.
We stayed at the hotel for 6days and our experience has been overall average. It's a good place for the kids with options for swimming pool and a small playground next to it. We would rate the overall stay as average. The most credit goes to the animation team who kept all the kids busy with all kinds of games, water sports, baking donuts and being creative. We would rate them as 5 on 5. The food was 2.5 while other staff members were good. So overall a good experience but it is not something that we will come back again to.
We recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately would not choose to return.
The positives were that our room was cleaned well throughout our stay and the air conditioning worked effectively. The front desk staff and bar staff were also friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
However, there were several disappointing aspects of the experience. The food selection was below average, with many items only being served warm rather than hot. Drinks were served in very small 200ml plastic cups and guests were only allowed one drink at a time, which felt unnecessarily restrictive. The cocktails tasted overwhelmingly of syrup and lacked quality.
We were also surprised to find that, despite being on an all-inclusive package, soft drinks were not available before 11am.
The most concerning issue was the atmosphere around the pool area. We witnessed the pool attendant arguing with guests who were sitting on loungers before 10am and telling them to either wait in reception or return to their rooms. This created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment for guests trying to enjoy their holiday.
Overall, while some members of staff were excellent, the food, drinks, policies, and guest experience fell well below our expectations. We will not be returning to this hotel and are unlikely to book with this hotel chain again.
Overall, we had a good holiday, but there were a few areas that could be improved. The evening entertainment was enjoyable, and the kids absolutely loved it, but it was very repetitive as it was largely the same every night. The food was standard with a reasonable amount of choice, although nothing particularly stood out.
The pool was freezing cold, but it was refreshing and a good way to cool off during the day. The biggest downside was the location. There wasn't much around the area, and there were very few activities or attractions nearby, which made it feel quite isolated at times.
Despite these points, we still had a pleasant stay and the children had a great time.
This is our 6th year here, and once again, everyone has been so welcoming. The animation team is absolutely amazing, and the bar staff are incredibly kind and friendly. A huge shout out to Enaut, Andy, Marcelo, Mario, Arnua, Mamen, Noa, and David for making our stay so enjoyable! And special thanks to Yenia for leading such a fantastic team!
