Have just returned from our 3rd visit to GF Gran Costa Adeje and just as our previous visits it was excellent. The hotel is very clean and the staff are excellent, always on hand to help you out. The rooms have been recently refurbished and are very spacious and have excellent facilities including great air conditioning. The food is fresh and prepared by an excellent team who again are happy to help with any requests. We went during half term which meant the hotel was at capacity however the adults only rooftop pool meant we could avoid the main pool areas which were very busy with families enjoying their holidays. We stayed half board however the hotel is located a short walk from many bars and restaurants and the beach is a ten minute walk. Very pleased with our stay and we hope to return soon.
Really recommend this hotel! Staff were friendly and were very helpful when giving advice and information. The room was very spacious with a balcony. The cleanliness of the hotel and room was excellent. We got bed and breakfast and the variety was amazing. There is a rooftop pool for adults only which has a stunning view of the beach and mountains. There was Entertainment every day at the pool such as aqua gym, bouncy castle, water carpet, games etc which is a bonus if travelling with kids. The beach is within a 5/10 minute walk and has so many restaurants to choose from. Loved this hotel.
Excellent hotel, good location. Great staff very helpful and polite. Hotel was spotless and plenty of food choices with many gluten free options if you are celiac. Always sunbeds available no matter what time we went. Rooftop swimming pool very quiet and relaxing for adults only. Entertainment in the evening was excellent.
Wonderful hotel. Staff very friendly. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. Pools are great. I like that you can’t reserve sunbeds. If you do the attendants will take your towels away. There are lots of sunbeds. We did bed and breakfast and the food and service was excellent. The only thing that lets the hotel down is the air conditioning in the room. It’s just not cold enough and when it’s really hot it’s uncomfortable to sleep in.
Excellent hotel just minutes from a lovely beach and restaurants. The house keeping keep the hotel spotless and every member of staff we meet greeted us with a hello. The reception staff were very accommodating especially as we had to check out at 12 but were not leaving for the airport until later. The hotel seemed recently beautifully refurbished . We would definitely return .
