This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we have had. This hotel is advertised as a 4-star hotel, but it falls far below that standard. We paid for an all-inclusive holiday, yet the food selection was extremely limited and of poor quality. We were surprised that we still had to pay extra for certain food and drinks, which completely defeats the purpose of booking all-inclusive. The biggest disappointment was on our departure day. We had to leave just before dinner, so we politely asked if we could have a simple sandwich to take with us, as we had already paid for all-inclusive meals. We were told the bar had closed at 6:00 p.m. We asked at only 6:15 p.m., and when I spoke to reception, I was told that if I wanted a sandwich, I could buy one from the bar. I found this unacceptable, especially as we had already paid for an all-inclusive package and were only asking for a basic meal we would otherwise have missed. And we had fully paid for all day.. The customer service was poor and staff showed no willingness to help or offer any solution. A 4-star hotel should provide much better service and value for money. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel and would not return.

Overall a pleasant stay. The front desk staff are helpful and welcoming. Although the hotel facilities are a bit dated, everything was clean and tidy. I especially loved the large balcony—it was perfect for drying clothes, and with the table and chairs provided, it was a great spot to relax in the evening cool. There is a small single-door fridge in the room, though it didn’t get very cold. Our package included breakfast and dinner; the food selection was quite limited, but there are plenty of dining options nearby. The location is very close to Water World. You can ask the front desk to help call a taxi, and they charge by the meter, which is very convenient.

Overall super pleasant stay - I am writing this as I am leaving as feel the hotel deserve it. I was a bit skeptical at first as read so many poor reviews, I was really hoping that wasn’t the case. To my surprise, hotel exceeded a lot of my expectations. We came as a couple with a 3 year old toddler. Firstly, we requested a cot via email (she has issues sleeping) and they provided this and prepared this before we came and was very responsive, attentive and listened to us. Secondly, we also wanted a late check out - we was asked to come back that morning was only a small fee but nothing too crazy and they allowed us to have that as well. The kind gentlemen at the canteen is warm, and welcoming. Really made us all smile and our little one. Our daughter also doesn’t eat much so when we needed to reheat her food pouches we brought along at certain times of the day they was closing up the canteen they also allowed us to reheat her food, this really meant a lot to us. The rooms however, aren’t as bad as what people are making out. It’s standard, not luxury but you’ve got everything you need. A clean comfy bed to sleep in, with a clean bathroom, fridge, balcony, some lines to dry your clothes along with a seating area and table on the balcony. There’s 1 main swimming pool out front, a hidden one that’s quieter on floor 1 and the water park is within a 5 minute walking distance from the hotel. Our daughter managed to get really settled (she has autism) and it’s been a great stay for us all. Only things I’d say could be a bit better is having fresh towels every day and maybe switch the food up on each day of the week as some things were a little repetitive. But overall, we enjoyed it and that’s what matters. Thank you so much for such a pleasant stay :) If you’re debating it like I did, just do it! The beach is literally within walking distance along with cheap food alternatives and it’s beautiful ! I hope this helps someone too

Very disappointing experience. The service upon arrival was terrible. We arrived at 2:15 PM, and although our room was supposed to be ready at 2:00 PM, it was not available. We ended up waiting until almost 4:00 PM before we could check in. When we finally got to the third floor where our room was located, the entire area was in very poor condition. There was a strong smell of dampness throughout the corridor, and the carpet had a huge, very dirty stain that gave a terrible first impression. The room itself was extremely outdated. With the high temperatures outside, the air conditioning was completely inadequate and would not cool below 25°C. To make matters worse, guests cannot control the temperature themselves because the system is managed by a key card and reception. We had to go to the front desk three separate times before they finally adjusted it through their computer to 19°C. The room also had a strong musty smell, and the shower tray had visible mold. I honestly do not understand how this hotel can be rated as 4 stars. In my opinion, it is a 2-star hotel at best. Do not be misled by the rating. I would not recommend this hotel and would definitely not stay here again.

We enjoyed our four night stay. Staff was friendly and helpful, food was delicious and different every day, rooms were clean with everything you need. Kids enjoyed indoor pool ,while outside was too cold to swim yet. Hotel is located in very convenient place near shops, restaurants and just 5 min walk (I walk quite fast)to seaside. My family and I were fully happy and satisfied with our stay , definitely wouldn't be able to find the same level service for the same price!
