Hotel is realy bad.
1. we paid for Buffet they dont give you the food you want. The cook throw the food in my plate with his hand because i asked for 2 portion. No sorry til yet.
2. No fridge in room no drinks for past 23:00
( water all inklusive)
3. Beach bar not more than 2 cups at once.
The cup realy small.
We were 8 people i had to go all the way for two little cups.
I will no more go there.
At least the food was good.
The most amazing place I’ve ever been. This year was visiting it again and definitely coming back next year! Clean rooms, the sea is super warm and personnel very kind and friendly. The cuisine won special place in my heart. Amazingly tasty food and very broad offer❤️ Simply the best.
Experience overall, was cramped and chaotic. Especially Dinner. The food was good overall and the service was good. However, the rooms made me and my family feel nauseous due to the claustrophobia.
It's really good. Standard rooms, but cousins have a wide range of dishes that are deliciously cooked, welcome italian staff, good space for different activities, and 🍸 drinks are amazing! My recommendations.
The kitchen stuff, the people at the beach bar, the cleaning stuff and the animators are amazing so is the info , but
And there is a big but, the bar at the „night bar 18-23:00 is absolutely not what you’d expect from paying what you pay
They can’t mix cocktails, due to staff shortage they wouldn’t even make you cocktails, the women at the bar is kinda racist, will prefer every Italien before doing a drink 4 you even you’re at front in the line; had this moment like 3 times in 1 week; she’s very rude towards customers; all inclusive is from 11-23 and when she’s feeling overwhelmed by her workload she wouldn’t do you your cocktails clearly on the „4 free list“ and even insult you for your choices because they aren’t „manly enough“
Another example: for Wodka sunrise you have to pay because it’s too special idk but you can order a Wodka orange and a pomegranate orange drink but as an Wodka sunrise you can’t order this…
