The only downside was the loud music from which played until midnight and made it hard to fall asleep. It felt as if only the bar's customers mattered, while guests who wanted to get some rest were simply ignored. Couldn't they at least turn the volume down? Everything else was excellent. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the food was outstanding, and our room was lovely, with beautiful views of both the sea and the mountains. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the pools were perfect, and the location couldn't be better. It's right by the promenade, making it easy to enjoy a pleasant walk or go for a swim in the sea.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Hotel Neum, and the experience was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I arrived, the high standard of hospitality was evident. The staff was professional, attentive, and incredibly welcoming. Every request was handled with a smile and promptness that truly sets this hotel apart. My room was clean and spacious. We utilized the conference rooms, which were top-tier. They are well-equipped with the latest technology, comfortable seating, and an layout that is perfect for professional gatherings. The culinary experience was a highlight. Every meal was fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious—offering a great variety that catered to all tastes. The atmosphere of the hotel is sophisticated yet relaxing. Whether you are in the lobby or the common areas, the ambiance is perfectly curated for both business and leisure. Everything was excellent! I highly recommend Grand Hotel Neum to anyone.
Rooms are spacious, dated but functional. The view is amazing, service was decent. The buffet dinner we didn't initially include, we opted to have as we had two tired children with us and it was a totally overpriced and below average offering- no seafood, cold chips, one meat and food that you wouldn't order at the sea. Very busy, the maitre de was lovely and saw me struggling with a child in my arms in a long line and took me to a quieter buffet which was kind. I love the resort vibe but for what we paid it just wasn't exceptional. Great pools and beach access, note the beach area is busy and very underwhelming in comparison to other areas you can enter. They also charge 12KM per umbrella or lounger chair.
I would give 0 stars but no option. The only good thing was the pools. Service was atrocious concierge was a poster boy watching us load bags. Too pricy. Bags fell to the floor on way out nobody helps. Room dark, air conditioning crap. Better service in a 3 star in Australia. Go here for day trip. Overcharged for fruit as we fought to get the price we did. Never to stay here again.
Very good the only problem was the restaurant at the hotel was packed with no room for us. Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are a bit outdated, but they were clearly show on the site, and it is a nice throwback. If you stay here, I assume the restaurant is good, but be warned it can be packed. Also very good views of Neum.
