This was our first time in sunny beach and we chose this hotel rather than the Helena Park all inclusive behind this one. So glad we did.
Pros
Location is at end of one stretch of the promenade and about 30 min slow walk into middle of resort.
We were there 11 nights and NEVER had an issue with sunbeds no matter what time of day.
They have their own sandy beach area which is free to use
Staff are great, from maids, bar people and general staff, all were friendly and helpful
The owner of the hotel spends a month's in his hotel with his entourage, you can't miss him
Cons( and im being picky here)
Beds are too low
Step into shower might be an issue for those less mobile
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Top-notch management and impeccable 5-star service! An outstanding resort that truly lives up to its 5-star rating! Everything runs like clockwork thanks to excellent management: booking is seamless, there are no queues, and the staff is incredibly professional. The gardens are absolutely gorgeous and well-kept, room cleanliness is flawless, and the food is delicious with a huge variety of choices. Having a private sandy beach right in front provides the perfect peaceful getaway. Highly recommended for anyone looking for premium quality and top-tier hospitality!
The hotel is located in a quiet location in the north of Sunny Beach. It has a luxurious, quiet, green and peaceful atmosphere. The food is extremely delicious. The waiters, receptionists and room cleaning staff are polite and respectful. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the sea view is very nice. The spa center is well-maintained. It is a quality hotel. It would be perfect if the furniture in the rooms were renewed.
Stayed a week at Helena Sands. Hotel is different, but quirky but we liked it. All usual amenities, right on the beach, great pool and gardens. Wellness suite, indoor pool. We stayed half board. Plenty of choice, fresh and no need to go hungry. Could be little tastier but maybe that's just me. Only gripe is a total lack of any drink at dinner, unless of course you pay. Stayed in September towards the end of the season so it was not packed. Always a sunbed. Right at the end of the strip about 20 mins walk to flower st. All in all we enjoyed it.
Can't say enough good things about this resort hotel. First of all, the location is perfect. It's on the north side of Sunny Beach, away from much of the touristy/divey shopping and bars and stuff, which are fun...but better to be a little removed from that stuff for where you stay. The room we got was fantastic, great view. We did the full board (breakfast and dinner) and the food was pretty good, not great, but lots of choices! The poolside bar/restaurant was really good. Did dinner there one night - so good. Helena's beach access is perfect as well, perfect and secluded from the more touristy areas. Overall, really really great experience.
