Favourite part of this hotel is the staff that make it so special. The pool staff are very energetic and really put on a massive effort for everyone all day with games, dancing and entertaining all the family.
Dinning staff are very friendly and always smiling.
An issue with the room was quickly resolved by the reception with no hassle.
Johanna has been absolutely INCREDIBLE! It was my daughter’s 12th birthday on Wednesday 15th April and we all went down to breakfast and I happily mentioned this to Johana. She gave my daughter a huge smile, cuddle and said ‘happy birthday ‘ to her. While we were eating breakfast , a beautiful birthday cake was presented on our table by Johana and she and the other wonderful waiting staff sang happy birthday to my daughter. It was such a fantastic surprise and it made her birthday get off to a super start! Johana is full of smiles and is always extremely pleasant and happy. She is an incredible staff member who goes out of her way to treat guests with such warmth and kindness. Johana is a great staff member to your hotel and I would appreciate if this feedback could be passed onto her. All of the restaurant staff are brilliant too. They work incredibly hard and are always pleasant. This is the 4th time we have been coming to Malaga and Riwo World for our family holiday. We have been treated extremely well everytime we stay here. From a very happy and satisfied guest!
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Riwo in Málaga. The rooms are very spacious and perfect for families, with a separate kitchen, living room, and a large bathroom that included both a bath and shower. The hotel is very child-friendly, and we especially loved the astroturf around the pool area, which felt much safer for children to walk and play on than the usual concrete or tiles. One thing I would note is that it would be helpful if there was a pool safety fence of an evening time.
The staff were all incredibly lovely, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay and really made us feel welcome. The food was very good with plenty of choice, and we enjoyed the different themed nights each evening. The views from the hotel were beautiful and added to the relaxing atmosphere.
Overall, a fantastic family-friendly hotel with great facilities, lovely staff, and a welcoming atmosphere. Our children aged ranging 13 years - 2 years all had a magical time and really enjoyed their stay! We would happily stay again!
Lovely place to stay! A little out the way of the main towns etc, but very easy to get a taxi, Laura from the reception was absolutely fabulous with her knowledge and guidance.
The animation team were all superstars, our daughter loves getting involved with crafts and activities and has gone to kids club a few times in the evening, what a bonus, 2 hours of free time. Lucia, Jasmine, Lucy & Manu are a credit to the hotel, thank you for being so fabulous with our daughter!!!
The rooms are clean and tidy a little tired but absolutely fine, the Aircon is fantastic (dare I say a little too cold) the beds need some attention, uncomfortable, but hard to please everyone.
Good, very much the same most evenings but always a good choice, fresh and we certainly didn't go hungry!
Rooms are dates but clean with good air conditioning.
Food had the potential to be good but more often than not it’s cold, morning noon and night it’s always cold.
Some of the staff have been amazing, especially 2 ladies Johanna and sara in the food hall. Always fussing us especially my 2 year old. They are always so kind and happy and so helpful.
