Beautiful live music in the evenings, great staff, delicious meals, and amazing views. The atmosphere is wonderful, and the location is perfect — very close to the beach and not far from Zadar. A great place for a relaxing family holiday with children. We had a wonderful time! A huge thank you to all the wonderful people who made our stay so enjoyable and made us feel so welcome. Food was amazing id reccomend just eat what you like everything is good though the pancakes were a bit mid. The rooms are small the pool is good you can get drinks anytime from 8 am to 21 o'clock. I do not reccomend going to the beach when its windy it was a bit fun though but 4 stars.
Visited at the end of JULY. Personally, for that amount of money it still was not worth it.. Well, where to begin..🙃 not sure if anyone already said that (sarcasm) but this hotel needs reconstruction so much. We lived at the main building where the reception, pool, and bar are located. There is no elevator in this building. Rooms are extremely old (AC as well but it works really good - that shocked me). Wifi in the room - really poor Fridge - after 3 days I found out it is not working. Lady at the reception took my complain and said someone will come to fix it - never happened Bathroom - really old, we rather showered in flip flops At least, we have balcony with the sunset view - that was great POOL Pool was OK, but there are no beach loungers - I have never seen that. Chairs and tables were available there but for me, it is a must to have the beach lounger there At the hotel area the beach loungers are for free. At the beach you can buy one for 10euro/day SEA There is a pier in the sea - it needs reconstruction as well. You really need to be careful because boards are missing in some places Water in the sea was fresh and clean - showers are available. Toilets are charged for 1euro - It is not part of the hotel FOOD Was the biggest problem.. lack of variety of food, lack of food pick up points, you stand in the line and when it is your turn - the bowls are empty PRO TIP - dont go to the restaurant within the first hour of opening - THERE IS TOO MUCH PEOPLE in the lines The food in general was not so good.. ALL INCLUSIVE Soda Drink, beer and wine - you can pour it yourself - good. Rest of alcohol at the bar. However, all drinks costs 7.70euro - this is missing in the all inclusive package Staff is really nice What also suprised me was missing LIFEGUARD at the pool and the beach too.
Having been to Croatia far the last 22 years I can honestly say through experience this is the worst hotel I've ever been. Hotel is dirty and dingy, bar staff rude. Reception staff are nice. The food is lacking in choice and not replenished when needed. Staff are ok but not pro active. Rooms are dirty and disgusting, it leaked in rain from the windows when raining, ceiling leaked. We moved rooms to one not quiet as bad. No lift to rooms in the main hotel. The hotel should be closed to be refurbished before expecting guests. We are so disappointed we are moving to Split before our holiday is due to finish. I will be complaint to our holiday suppliers on our return to the UK.
The room is unfortunately nowhere near the standard shown in the Booking.com photos. It honestly feels like I have travelled back to the 1980s. What surprised me even more is that hotel documents are provided in German. I was under the impression that I was staying in Croatia, where the official language is Croatian. This experience is very disappointing and does not match the expectations created by the information and photos on Booking.com.
