The entertainment team was outstanding. We had a great time taking part in most of the activities, especially water polo, dancing, and water fitness. They were fantastic! The hotel itself was also excellent, and the conditions were superb.
The only downside was that the pool closed at 6:00 PM, which we felt was a bit too early. Other than that, everything was amazing. We will definitely come back!
Love the free little mini bar in the room and snack bar for when you arrive. Very clean and lovely staff that will do anything for you. Great location and entertainment. Also the all inclusive buffet is the best we have ever had, we travel to somewhere different every year and this has been the best! Me, my sister and 7 year old loved the day and night entertainment and the slides. Something for everyone!
Just think there needs to be better seating for entertainment and stage as very uncomfortable 😐 also should be allowed to use own cups to refill as this prevents waste and washing up. Also tv didnt work and it was a shame to have the moment tv and not ve able to use it but we only wanted for the radio getting ready so wasnt bad. But these are only minor things id suggest. We are wanting to visit again!!! Thank you to your lovely team .
Just got back from a 10 night stay at this hotel and it was honestly the best holiday. Hotel is very clean the staff are friendly and very hard working. Rooms are cleaned daily, the bar have unlimited drinks and the pool bars are perfectly located. Pools are amazing the main one being with the water slides and then the more relaxed one. The variety of food is unreal so you will never be short on options. I recommend this hotel to everyone and thank you for a lovely stay ❤️
This place is just awful! It’s absolutely not worth the price—the service they provide is about a 2-star level. The staff is incredibly arrogant and rude to guests; they make you feel like you should be grateful they’re even talking to you. Despite being all-inclusive, there are tons of extra charges (e.g., Kids’ Club, hot tub, chips, certain alcoholic drinks).
The hotel is overcrowded, with very small spaces and way too many people. Meals are a disaster—it’s like being at a zoo, with everyone jostling for food. The food is monotonous, tasteless, and practically the same every day. Despite the themed weeks, the meals are exactly the same. The rooms are old, the furniture is outdated and dirty, and there’s a strange smell throughout the entire hotel. The pools are overcrowded, and sun loungers are in short supply. Cats from the street are feeding in the restaurant next to the guests, very disgusting.
They cleverly left it out of the photos, but there’s an unfinished construction site right next to the hotel, so that’s all you can see from the poolside—it makes you feel like you’re vacationing in a war zone!
Overall, we absolutely do not recommend this hotel; there are definitely better, higher-quality hotels available in Sunny Beach!
We stayed at Laguna Park & Aqua Club and overall had a great experience. We really enjoyed our stay and felt that the hotel offered very good value for the experience we received.
During our stay there was actually a full-day water outage in the Sunny Beach area, which was obviously frustrating for everyone, but in our opinion the hotel handled the situation very well. The staff stayed calm, communicated with guests, and overall managed the situation in a professional way considering the circumstances were outside the hotel’s control.
The entertainment staff were very friendly and created a fun atmosphere throughout the stay. The mini disco was excellent and our son absolutely loved it. One of the things we appreciated most was that children were allowed to participate and go on stage, which made the experience much more exciting and enjoyable for kids.
The food was also good overall and we were happy with the variety and quality during our stay.
The only thing that disappointed us personally was the children’s play area situation. The indoor playroom costs around €10 per hour, and there is not really another proper free indoor playground available in the hotel. The mini club also did not seem active during our stay, so if you want an indoor play area for children, you basically need to pay extra for it. In our experience, many all-inclusive family hotels usually include at least one proper free playroom for children.
Other than that, we had a very enjoyable stay and overall left with a very positive impression of the hotel.
