Very friendly staff and excellent organization, even for large groups. The food is delicious and everything is well taken care of at a high level. You can clearly see that the owner truly cares about the guests and their comfort. I am here with a group of 40 people and we are all very satisfied. The hotel is definitely worth recommending!
Very clean, good food, rooms spacious, friendly employees. Good location near church. Nice view out the window. Would recommend and I would stay here again 🤍
Staying at this property was an absolute delight from start to finish. The Marconi team went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met from the moment we checked in to the final check-out. Situated conveniently close to the church with ample parking, the location couldn't have been better. The rooms were not just comfortable but truly excellent, and the breakfast spread was impressive.
What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service provided by staff members Zoran and Antonio. Their attentiveness and care made our stay truly memorable.
Amazing view from my room to both the Cross Hill and the Apparition Hill. Literally just 5 minutes from the church. Free parking space in the backyard. New hotel with fresh furniture, bathrooms, comfortable bed. Breakfast included, and if you ask the dinner will be served to you, too. This is family owned and run hotel, very hospitable attitude and service from managers and administrators. I am thankful a lot!
Definitely recommending this hotel. We are a family of four including two kids (6y and 8), went to the reception of this hotel without prior reservation, and despite them being booked solid they made a room available for us. Thanks Marconi staff for not leaving us stranded in Medjugorje. Very professional client service, location is convenient and close to everything, morning breakfast was fantastic. See you again! Marko
