While I didn’t stay here due to an issue with the water in our room and it being the last available, I wanted to take a moment to highlight how wonderful my experience was with the management who very proactively dealt with the issue, rebooking us into a close by hotel. All the staff were so kind and helpful. And the hotel is located in a very convenient spot of town with amazing views. I’d highly recommend staying here. Everyone looked like they’re enjoying themselves looking out from the spa and pool area, which had perfect views of the valley and the waterfall. We had a wonderful stay and experience in the wengden area. Don’t miss this gem of a location and town!
One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. First of all the staff is so friendly and accommodating. The location can’t be beat, it’s right next to the train station and Main Street. The view of the mountains is breathtaking. The room was spacious and comfortable, they provide fresh water daily and some glasses for coffee or tea. The spa was a nice amenity, allowing for relaxation after a long day of walking. The morning of my checkout the manager was so accommodating, I had to leave at 7am but since breakfast started at 7:30 she kindly got me some coffee and a croissant. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend staying here if you want great customer service, accessibility to attractions and beautiful views.
We had an enjoyable stay at Silberhorn Hotel. We were warmly welcomed with a complimentary welcome drink upon arrival. The reception staff kindly allowed us to check into our room earlier than the standard check-in time, which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We also tried the hotel restaurant for lunch and were very pleased with the quality of the food and service. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would happily stay here again.
Shower stall needs to be upgraded. Mattresses need to be replaced. Too soft. Evening buffet OK. Breakfast buffet very good. Got ice on request. Need to have list of TV channels ie English channels 56 - 60.
Most easy access just across the Trainstation. The best they help so much for me traveling alone with the kids. The room are good size at spot on my budget and lovely balcony view with comfy shower bath. It’s a very good offer for Swiss standards. I have been to too many hotels that ask for the same price but offered much less. This is by far the best one we have been. They are there to help and make your life easier :) excellent breakfast kids love the pancakes.
