We had a nice stay overall. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, and the air conditioning worked great during our visit. The room was comfortable, though the furniture and beds felt a bit lower quality than I expected. We also prepaid for breakfast and dinner. The food was good, but I was surprised to find that dinner was buffet-style. The overall experience felt a little like being on a cruise ship. The standout feature for our family was the children's amenities. They were better than any hotel we've stayed at, with plenty of activities and spaces designed for kids to enjoy. While there were a few things that kept it from being a 5-star experience for us, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to families looking for a kid-friendly resort in Lagos.
Very good hotel with a very good service. Stayed here for a week. The outdoor area was very big, beach was very close and the food was great. We've booked a standard room and got an upgrade for an exclusive room with more space and a beautiful view over the sea and the whole area. All in all i wouldn't miss this experience and if i'm going to visit Lagos again, i'll book it again. Thx for the great service. I'll definetely visit again
Just finished a 3 day stay as part of a golf trip. Would happily stay again. The facilities are broadly really good, the room was big, they have a huge pool, huge gardens with various activity areas, and they have an indoor pool, jacuzzi, spa etc. be aware you need a swimming cap to use this though, otherwise they can supply for 4 euros each. Location is perfect, your 10 minutes away from the beach, Lagos town and the golf course. Service was good and bad. Two of the ladies on reception were fantastic. They were really helpful and friendly, a real assett to the hotel. One of the staff working the bar one night (heavy bloke with glasses) was useless. Kept intentionally avoiding eye contact and doing everything he could to not serve us. Room cleaners always left some stuff unclean aswel which was weird. Room felt like it needed a good dusting all the time.
We had a wonderful holiday and would highly recommend this hotel the grounds are lovely and very well kept and the pool area is wonderful with plenty of sunbeds,my daughter has a very serious nut allergy and the chef spoke to her every meal time and prepared her food separately we were all very nervous about going abroad with her allergy and we cannot thank everyone enough for all they did to make our stay safe and relaxing we cannot fault this hotel everyone works so hard we were all inclusive and enjoyed every minute the children's entertainment was so good the youngest member of our group is 8 and loved everything Lagos is beautiful a week really wasn't long enough for us thank you again to the manager,the chefs and everyone who works there for making our holiday x
We visited this hotel for the evening buffet. The price was €29 per person, excluding drinks. While the restaurant was full inside, we were the only ones sitting outside. No waiter came to serve us drinks; we were completely forgotten. We had to ask for everything ourselves and even clear our own dirty plates. As for the food, it was nothing special for the price. We do not recommend it. Also, there is no view of the pool from the outdoor terraces, which is a shame
