Had 7 nights there this months and I have to say I was very impressed. Firstly, the food was excellent. Always a choice and always something different. Lots of very well thought out dishes all freshly made. Rooms were cleaned daily. Air con in the room was excellent. Great spot 2 mins walk to Fenals beach which was cleaned day by a giant machine. Sea was lovely to swim in too. Highly recommended
If you to be away from the strip but still have good nightlife, bars, restaurants and pubs this is the place. Very family friendly with an adults only sundeck. The evening entertainment is great, Cydney and Claudia never stopped working the crowd all night. The kids had a great time. The karaoke was good fun and every nation was represented. Great hotel, good food, good location and entertainment staff amazing. Thank you ⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️🌟
First of all the hotel itself is ok, the location is poor. We wish we researched this better before coming there isn’t much around for children however the entertainment in the hotel made up for that. Food - shocking. I have a severe peanut allergy and on the second to last night I had a severe allergic reaction due to the fact that the food is not sign posted for allergy sufferers. What was displayed was ‘pasta’ which I thought was a tomato pasta dish which I’m ok with. However this soon turned out to not be the case. When I asked if there was any peanuts in this dish I was told they were ‘teriyaki noodles’ however this was not advertised. I truly believe the dish was in fact satay noodles. I spent my night being violently sick, unable to breathe properly. We complained a few times about undercooked food, trying to serve raw beef burgers and when we challenged this we was told ‘it’s ok’. The staff in the buffet was so rude. If you’re miserable in your job find a different one!
My friend and I stayed at this hotel, and honestly, we loved everything about it. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was cleaned every day. The only thing we felt was missing was a small refrigerator in the room for drinks. Other than that, everything was great. The hotel also has a lovely terrace area for relaxing, as well as a swimming pool with a bar. The hotel’s biggest advantage is definitely its location. It’s only a 2-minute walk to the beach, with shops nearby and a supermarket within walking distance. I would also like to give a special thank you for the mojito at the hotel bar. I’ve tried more than 100 mojitos in my life, and this was by far the best one I’ve ever had! I will definitely come back again, if only for that amazing mojito. One tip: I recommend booking directly through the hotel’s official website rather than through «Booking» Highly recommended!
We are staying here atm, room is clean but very basic. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. At breakfast yesterday one of the waiters was so rude. About 30% of the staff are nice but 70% are miserable and not attentive at all.. There are a lot of Spanish staying and omg they are so rude! It seems to be more like an older generation hotel for sure. At 50 I feel young. Theres no entertainment around the pool or any music playing. It just seems a bit dull. We aren’t party animals but do appreciate a nice atmosphere with friendly smiley staff. You won’t get that here, well at least not in early May! Food is very average too. I personally wouldn’t stay again.
