Okay just not a 4* hotel!
The location of the hotel is lovely and well out the way, so you have to realise you can't just walk into the nearest town. Although there are a few buses that stop by and car hire services. It has a lovely little beach with shallow calm water for paddling and swimming, with it being very family orientated it is lovely and peaceful at nights even we had a room above the pool bar and by 11 it was quiet.
The rooms are okay, our was cleaned well till the last day when it wasn't. They arent huge but a family of three will find them more than adequate.
The food, was very mid, somethings are nice but alot of the food was cold or luck warm at best, they have plenty of different themes to keep it interesting. But (when we where there mid April) there was only one dining area and got a bit busy at times. Definitely needs improving.
The staff are definitely the plus, they are all very nice and helpful.
All in all its a very family orientated hotel and if you have small kids they will love it, there is plenty for them to do with kids clubs.
We stayed here from 12th July to 16th July. Staff were genuinely excellent and very friendly. If you have children this side of the hotel is likely to be friendlier than Cala Verde with slops rather than full on steps for pushchairs / buggies.
The pools were always clean and the Pirate Island was popular with the children!
The staff at the reception amazing and very pleasant. 5*
The staff at the bars, 80% very nice guys while around 20% arrogant and miserable, giving you the feeling that you are disturbing when asking for a glass of Fanta. I can understand you have a bad day but being rude 7 days in a row, is quite amazing. 3* Adrian, learn some manners.
Food mediocre, but plenty of options for everyone. The staff in the cantina working hard and putting lots of effort. 3*
Evening entertainment absolutely amazing 5*.
Would I go there again, nope 100% no for me. Maybe Ibiza is not my place.
Regardless of everything I managed to relax and to recharge the batteries.
Stayed here from the 12th to the 17th of April 2026.
Travelled with my wife and 17 year old daughter and 22 year old son. We were looking for a nice relaxing few days, chilling by the pool and maybe the sea and eating and drinking nice food and drink.
We landed during a bit of a storm, and the first two days were overcast and the waves were very choppy, however by the third day the weather was wonderful. We were upgraded for free to rooms with a sea view, and what a view, the Med glistening in the sun and Mallorca just about visible on the Eastern Horizon.
We paid to go all inclusive, and what a delight that was. The Food was lovely, expertly prepared and arranged in a buffet style. My family could not get enough of it. I on the other hand am extremely fussy/picky and don't really like overly strong flavours, and yet there was still plenty for me to eat too.
The staff were all really friendly and helpful.
There are three outdoor, unheated, swimming pools (including one adults only one to avoid the kids if you want a bit more peace) and the water could've perhaps done with being a little warmer, that is the price you pay for going in April rather than later in the Summer I guess, but it was still fine once you were in and used to it. There was also a smaller indoor pool which did appear to be heated, but I didn't use that one
The bars around the pool served soft and alcoholic drinks (mostly included in the all inclusive with a few exceptions that you could chose to pay for if you wanted) along with ice lollies (some included, some not).
There were several activities throughout the day for kids and adults (we didn't really get involved with them although my wife did enjoy the poolside bingo) and in the evening there was always a kids disco followed by a family entertainment (we had a magician, a local singer covering popular songs from the last 50 years - all sing-a-long bangers), A queen tribute act, a team quiz thing.
All in all this is a great venue for those with a young family or even, like in our case, a slightly older family just looking to chill for a few days. You're far from the clubs and bustle side of Ibiza, but the beach is lovely (when there's not a storm on). The pools are bars are nice and relaxed and the rooms are clean and tidy and perfectly fine for the job.
I would very much go back again next year.
Great hotel, just let down by needing a bit of tweaking. Our room needed a bit of maintenance, big crack in patio window, birds in vents, attention to doors and air con'.
Room was a little smaller than thought, but was very clean. Our rooms were very close to the beach and reasonably quiet.
Food was good, could be better, hotter mainly and more varied than stated.
Staff were great, apart from no rep, we used another rep who was great.
Whole hotel was clean and out of the way. But could easily catch the local bus or hotel bus.
