Super hotel for a family holiday at a unique and quiet location. Clean and modern rooms with beautiful seaview. Friendly staff & animation team. Last but not least, excellent food, both for breakfast and dinner. Will definately come back with or without the kids.
We had a fantastic stay at Invisa Hotel Club Cala Verde and would highly recommend it, especially for families. What really stood out was how special they made our son’s birthday. He was celebrated three times! At breakfast, the staff came to sing for him, which was such a lovely surprise. In our room, there was a beautiful birthday setup waiting for him, and during the kids’ disco he was once again put in the spotlight. It truly made his day unforgettable. The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly, attentive, and always thinking along with us. You really feel welcomed here. Overall, a great hotel for families with a warm atmosphere and excellent service. We had a wonderful time!
If you want to spend a lot of money for very little quality, then I can only recommend Hotel Cala Verde in Ibiza. The disappointment started as soon as we arrived. We had booked different rooms, but instead we were told that we were receiving an “upgrade.” This so-called upgrade turned out to be rooms in the Tulipanes building, which meant climbing 151 steps between the restaurant and our room. The promised pirate ship for the children was not even located at the hotel itself, but at a partner hotel, about a 15-minute walk away. The food itself would not actually be that bad if it were presented in a more appealing way. The organization is chaotic. At lunchtime, it is almost impossible to find a free table in the restaurant. We simply moved an empty table into the shade with a smile. The restaurant manager (a man with a sidecut haircut and a ponytail) responded by making insulting gestures and reprimanding us. The pool table, which guests have to pay to use, also seems to be controlled according to the staff's personal decisions. My son had already paid, yet one employee told me that he decides who is allowed to play. Only after I said that we would discuss the matter with the hotel management was my son suddenly allowed to play. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel. I find the whole experience very disappointing. We were really looking forward to this holiday and booked the hotel based on the photos shown online. Unfortunately, none of those pictures accurately reflect reality.
Great location, quiet, excellent staff service, clean, food - lots of seafood, meat, the kitchen is clean. The staff is very friendly, we had a late check-in (flight delay) and the hotel left us dinner, which was very nice. The hotel is suitable for holidays with or without children. There is a separate pool for 18+.
Perfect place to relax even with todlers! Never felt rushed by staff or judged by fellow guests. The food was also great, I dont think one could get much better quality dining out in the city.
