I returned from this hotel on Friday 24th July after a 4 night stay. I went with my 22 year old daughter for a break for her. The hotel was perfect for what we wanted. All-inclusive was ideal. The food was good, what I would expect for 3 stars. Plenty of choice, everything was cooked well and I can't complain about it. The reason we chose this hotel was for the activities. We joined in with the games daily. The animation team that run the entertainment are just fantastic. They are great to all guests and take time to speak to people and try to encourage people to take part and have fun. They also deal with the entertainment in the evenings too. Some guest performances, but they also do some of their own,like the crazy bingo (bingo).This was hilarious. We would go back for this reason. It was what we wanted and what we got. Thank you to all. All the staff are helpful and lovely to speak to
Room was kept nice and clean by our lovely cleaner Erika. However we didn’t have any soap and no kettle . We asked for a kettle for our baby so we can make his bottles and we were told we have to pay for it! Despite the fact we are all inclusive and he’s not even eating the food as he’s having milk and it’s essential for him to eat. The food was hit and miss but we were put off by people licking their fingers then touching the serving spoons so would be better if the staff served the food on peoples plates. The lifts kept breaking and we struggled to get our baby’s buggy down the stairs Most the staff were friendly It’s all inclusive but it isn’t as bad snacks are only available for a small amount of the day and most food and drinks aren’t inclusive, there’s only a select few that are. Definitely won’t be staying again The place needs a re vamp as they’ve still got the same decor and sheets from when I visited over a decade ago
Another superb week at Hotel Ereso! This is a very good 3 star hotel. It’s kept extremely clean. Staff are friendly. All inclusive food is excellent, with plenty choice. Located a short walk from the beach in the lovely resort of Es Cana - plenty to do and in a great location for visiting other beaches and hopping on the ferry to Ibiza town or Formentera. The dining room can get very noisy at times - not sure if better acoustics could improve this? But this was just a small suggestion - we had a fantastic week and will be back!
Just returned from ibiza after a second stay at this hotel although it can be noisy if your on the street side. The staff are so friendly and helpful and we met some lovely people. It's well situated and there is transport to get you to other areas on the island. I will definitely be returning to this hotel. It deserves more than a 3 star
My first time doing all inclusive and I can honestly say it was lovely, the hotel was spotless, staff were lovely and friendly and helpful, food was lovely and something for everyone. Location was just a short walk to the center. The hippy market is worth a visit and we hopped on the bus to ibiza town which was very easy. I'd like to say thankyou for a great end to my 60th birthday celebrations
