The hotel made a very positive impression on me. The biggest advantage is the stunning views – from the pool terrace you can admire the sea with islands in the background, surrounded by greenery, which creates an amazing atmosphere of relaxation. The pool itself is spacious, well-maintained, and there are plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas around, so you can fully enjoy the sun and rest.
Another great feature is the entertainment area – the stage on the hotel grounds shows that evening performances and animations are organized, which means there is always something to do, both during the day and in the evening.
The entire property is surrounded by greenery, giving a sense of peace and closeness to nature. It’s a perfect place for a holiday, whether you’re looking for relaxation or entertainment.
I had an amazing time at this hotel! 🏖️ The place is beautiful, the food is really tasty, and the pool with the pool bar is just perfect. 🍹 What I loved the most were the amazing animators – they always had something fun prepared, from morning activities to late-night outings. There was never a boring moment! The atmosphere is friendly, full of energy and good vibes. Totally worth coming here – I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a great holiday! 🌞✨
This hotel was advertising as a 4 star all inclusive hotel! Personally would say 2star.!
We were family of 7. Had two rooms. One room with adult and child other room two adults three children.
We got are room was only for two adults and two children! It was dated dirty, very run down part of the hotel where we were staying. Wasn’t happy with are rooms asked to be moved to main part of the hotel was told they was no rooms available. The bathroom were shocking!! We had bad leak from the sink took three days to get fixed then the toilet broke wouldnt flush! I had complain about the room not getting cleaned and beds not getting change with fresh bedding. Some days we didn’t get any towels.Cleaner left are balcony door open for anyone to get in. We suffered with cockroaches in the room every day!
The hotel its self was run down, scruffy and dirty the pool area was dated but was clean.
Pool toliets were coveted in Ants!! Were dirty!
The hotel food was again shocking!! Didn’t cater for the English at all! Noting for kids! Breakfast was even worse. In the day they are food like pizza and chips but not to good standards.
The entertainment staff was good, they got kids involved. My boys love it. Got good friends with coco. But the entertainment team was only good part of the hotel. This was are first family holiday with family and it wasn’t worth the money it cost us. Feel like we got well and truly ripped off!
Old rooms, was okay as we stay out most of the times. Great location. All inclusive- drinks not so good, food okay. I've seen better hotels as for this price.
We arrived at 1:00 PM but were checked in only at 4:30 PM. We were three people but were given only two towels and two sets of bed sheets. Every day we had to go and ask for an extra towel and sheet, but even after five days, we never received them.
The staff was rude and talked about us in Turkish, not realizing that some of us could understand them.
The rooms were dirty — the balcony door handle fell off on the first day, plaster was falling off the walls, and we found cockroaches and earwigs in the room.
There was no ashtray on the balcony, which was inconvenient.
Overall, a very disappointing experience. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.
