We had an amazing stay there, food is great, service is great, staff are more than great, people staying there are friendly, pools are great, beaches are not bad, security is great.
The only issue we had are the rooms, they have little ants (they don’t bite) in the bathrooms.
But will definitely visit again, most enjoyable holiday ever. Thanks a lot to all Kremlin staff and managers !
Stayed here with the family and it was honestly a great pick. Rooms were comfy, AC worked great even with the heat outside. Staff were super friendly and welcoming, made us feel at home from the start.
Food-wise, the main restaurant had a good variety, everyone found something they liked. Pools were chill and easy to enjoy with the kids, and the bars had a nice mix of drinks too.
Biggest thing though was how clean everything was, rooms, pool area, restaurants, all spotless the whole time. Would 100% recommend if you’re planning a family trip
Also not to forget, my deep thanks and appreciation to Bartender Serdal, such a good person. His duty was in lobby bar.
We had a great family holiday at this hotel. Everything was very nice, the hotel was clean, the food was good, and the staff were friendly. Our children really enjoyed their time here and didn't want to leave.
A special thank you to Gülçiçek from the Guest Relations team. She was always kind, helpful, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.
Thank you to the whole team for making our holiday so enjoyable. We would happily recommend this hotel to other families.
It was our 1st trip to Antalya and was strongly recommended by my friend to choose Kremlin Palace. We had a fantastic holiday at this hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The facilities were excellent, and the location was perfect for exploring the area and enjoying our vacation. Breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and tasty options. Lots of entertainment through the day, which kept us engaged all day. Special mention to Igho from the entertainment team who was constantly encouraging every guest to get involved and was very friendly and engages in casual conversation. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations and made our holiday truly memorable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable.
