We stayed in the family suite and were very impressed by the room. It has a large double bed and two person trundle bed in the bedroom. In the living room is have a fold out chair and a small couch. The bathroom featured a large tub. There was an air conditioner, smart tv, small fridge and a kettle. We were very impressed with the room. The lake is very beautiful and there were multiple docks for getting into the lake. The two outdoor saunas feature electric heaters and are heated to 90c. They are located a staircase away from the lake. The sauna center has a 90c sauna, 70c aromatherapy sauna, and a steam room along with multiple pools. Children are welcome until 20.00. The hotel also has a small children’s playroom and a restaurant. The included breakfast features hot and cold items. The coffee machines worked well and I thought the coffee was good. I wish the warm foods were better, but they all were good enough. The customer service at the hotel was very good. There is a public dock on the lake with a diving platform a short walk from the hotel. We would certainly stay here again if our travels bring us back to Voru.
Modern day thieves! Contacted the hotel weeks before my booking, they refused to change dates on the booking or refund. Simply put, they took my money and gave nothing in return.
Great stay, really fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful, and spoke very well English. Also the rooms and other facilities were very good. We also experienced the great hospitality of Estonia :) we stayed at the hotel for a day because we contested an old car tour through the Baltics. Some mysterious guest gave us some car parts for our car. What a fantastic gesture, unbelievable. Thanks a lot mr. Wolfie :)
This was my first visit and I will definitely come back here. The room is neat, spacious and cosy. The staff are friendly and helpful. I liked breakfast: homey and delicious. The spa area is not huge but with everything one needs: sevaral saunas and pools plus the area where you can lie down and enjoy the view from the window because it is outstanding. There buses from Võru every hour but I took a walk from the hotel to the city ca 30 min. The hotel is super convenient for families with children.
We enjoyed our stay here. The restaurant offered yummy foods and delicious drinks. Breakfast was great as well, especially compared to your average hotel breakfast! I had a facial and it was very relaxing and left my skin feeling amazing. The staff was kind and very helpful as well! Highly recommend.
