Stayed here twice this year, having had such a great stay in June we came back in August. Starting from Emircan and the rest of his reception team, through to Andy and the guys at the Spa and Jimmy and the watersports team, even down to the waiting team at dinner and the cleaners, everyone's service is utterly exceptional! Hands down the best all inclusive service we have ever had anywhere.
The island itself is wonderful, and even though the hotel is large, there are so many places to go it never feels crowded. Loads of restaurants, multiple pools, a wide selection of beaches...its just variety upon variety.
If I had to be super critical, the rooms could probably do with updating, but they are perfectly fine, and the buffet lunch, although very good in general, doesnt have much variety at all so if you are staying a week or more can become boring. Overall though, right up there with the best all inclusives I have ever stayed in and one to be returning to many more times!
The hotel has everything you need as adults wanting to have fun or relax or a family with children. All of the staff work extremely hard 24/7. Entertainment during the day is great fun from aqua bikes to yoga. Sergan is fantastic at inspiring people to participate in events and it is obvious that they enjoy themselves. Even those who are shy have found new ways of having fun and making the most of their holiday. Evening entertainment has been fantastic. Food is excellent. Spa treatment package (£70 each) absolutely worth every penny for 2 hours of complete relaxation. Lots of sunbeds around excellent pools or on beaches that are perfect. Whole complex is extremely clean and tidy. Fantastic place to be and would certainly recommend a visit. Children are kept occupied by the entertainment team and their shows are great fun. Thanks to the entertainment team for their hospitality, planning and encouragement. They really make the holiday fun!!
We arrived in the morning , the team from La Blanche waited for us and they welcomed in the hotel! The lobby is beautiful and very large with nice decoration!! The hotel is very big and well organized, when u go out u will see this beautiful pools and the sea view , it s amazing! The sea water looks like blue sky and when u see the green hills its like u breath free and enjoy a perfect vacation at La Blanche island! The Turkis restaurant that we booked separatly we enjoyed a lot! U have to eat there becouse the food traditionaly turkis is fresh and very very tasty!! The team that works there ar kind and give u the best option for a perfect dinner!! We loved our experience! Thank you, we highly recomand this resort, La Blanche Island!
Probably the best beach and the food in the area. The food quality and selection of all inclusive drinks were on par with more expensive hotels in the area.
The rooms were a bit dated and the usable storage space is limited. However the housekeeping service was OK.
One of the things that can be improved is a huge gap between dinner and night shows, I understand that they want to have a kids night activities right after the dinner but for families who are not attending the kids show have to wait until 10:15pm for the night shows to start. They can pull in the kids show schedule between 8-9pm and have the night shows starting at 9:30pm.
The experience at the kids club was amazing, my 11yo had a blast both with the other kids and the teachers. Both Bircag and Yaren were very accommodating and always found ways to keep the kids entertained and ensure their well being along with their safety.
Beautiful hotel! We have had a lovely stay, the hotel is fantastic and has everything you need! The food is good, and the al carte restaurants are lovely. The service from all of the staff is 5*, nothing is a problem and they are so attentive. The hotel is clean and tidy.
Entertainment team is BRILLIANT! Lots of games, fun activities and they really get to know you. Also, I love that if you don’t want to join in, they do not pressure you. We are really happy with our stay and we would 100% come back to this hotel.
Thank you !
