We would like to express our sincere appreciation for two exceptional Maxx Asistents, Ahmet Kaymaz and Jacquelin Alizara.
Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine dedication to guest satisfaction made our stay truly unforgettable. They were always available to assist with any request, no matter how small, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.
What impressed us most was their remarkable understanding of international etiquette and cultural nuances. They treated every interaction with warmth, discretion, and the highest level of respect, making us feel valued and exceptionally well cared for throughout our stay.

I stayed at Maxx Royal Kemer Resort with my family and a friend, and it truly turned out to be one of the best vacations of my life. I go almost every summer, but this last visit was especially memorable. The night Enbe Orchestra performed was absolutely fantastic, especially later at the hotel’s club, where they created such an energetic and unforgettable atmosphere. Usually, the club is not very crowded, but that night it was full of people, and everyone was having a great time. For me and my friend, it was a night we will never forget. A special thanks as well to Ms. Eda for her kind attention and hospitality throughout our stay.
