Very good

The property itself is absolutely gorgeous, but the beverage operations are a major disappointment. First, the positives: The hotel architecture and design are stunning, the rooms are top-tier, and the front-desk team provides wonderful, professional service. However, the Beverage & Ambiance (B&A) program is significantly holding this property back from a true luxury standard. The gap in execution is so wide that it requires a complete top-down restructuring, not minor adjustments. Specifically, there is a severe problem with the flavor profiles across the entire hotel. Every single drink (((from the evening cocktails at the bar to the juices at the breakfast hall))) is aggressively over-sweetened, tasting like different variations of cheap agave syrup. The baseline quality is so far behind where it needs to be that it simply isn't worth giving a second chance. I decided on my first night to avoid the bar entirely for the remainder of my 1 week stay. The breakfast juice bar was a double homicide! The GM needs to intervene and completely replace the management behind the beverage program; the current setup is a disservice to an otherwise beautiful estate.

We've spent a week B&B here and can not fault the hotel at all. Well maintained, clean and welcoming. Front of house staff, bar staff, housekeeping and entertainment have all been so helpful and always have a smile and a hola as you pass by! Manuel on reception was so friendly and helpful and really stood out to us so wanted to mention him specifically 😊 thank you! Beds were really comfy, room was spacious enough for 4 (2a 2ch) safe and air con included (gran premium double) Can't comment on the all inclusive options but breakfast was great, always a good choice of food and drinks. We didn't use the spa but it looked lovely. Never any sunbed wars or reserving of beds, always plenty available no matter the time of day. We would definitely stay here again, we have all really enjoyed our holiday!

One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the entertainment team – they brought such great energy every single day! A special thank you to Nacho, who led the gym classes with incredible enthusiasm and motivation. His workouts were fun, engaging, and suitable for everyone while still giving a great challenge. Pucho also deserves huge recognition – his fitness sessions were fantastic, and the aqua aerobics classes became one of our favorite activities during the stay. He created such a positive atmosphere and made everyone want to join in. And a big thank you to Oriana for her wonderful yoga and Pilates classes. She was professional, warm, and created such a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Her sessions were the perfect balance of exercise and well-being. The whole entertainment team made our holiday even more memorable. Thank you for your energy, kindness, and for making every day so enjoyable. We would love to come back!

We stayed for two nights in summer. The service is extraordinary. The Argentinian gentleman at the door was super friendly, attentive and efficient with our luggage, welcome experience and even check out! The quality of the food is also top for a buffet, plenty of healthy options, fresh and local food. First day we went to a la carte and the service was also 10/10! Lloret de Mar is not the best destination unfortunately but if you are planning to stay in the resort is wonderful for sun, good food and activities. They also have plenty of parties and things to do in there. Spa circuit comes with an extra charge. As a remark the pool was totally dirty with small black things that I assume are not dangerous but still not pleasant. Overall we were looking for sun, pool and good food so we did really enjoy the resort!

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times, and it really feels like a second home to me. Everything is always clean, the staff are friendly, the grounds are beautiful, and the food is consistently good. The gym and kids’ club are also a big plus. I especially like the location - it’s a bit away from the main tourist crowds, which makes it much more relaxing. A special thanks to the reception team, especially Sabina, for always being helpful and attentive and to the restaurant team: Miljana, Felix, Marco Antonio and others. I’d also like to mention the Kids’ Club team and the animation/sports team: Edgar, Nacho and the rest of the team - you make both kids and adults happy☺️
