Our stay at this hotel was disappointing from the moment we arrived.
The first impression was very poor because of a staff member named I think Yaniss , whose attitude towards us was rude and unprofessional.
The hallways had an unpleasant smell, the room was very small, and it was not properly cleaned. The bathroom was a disaster and looked like it had not been cleaned thoroughly. The hotel itself is very old and in desperate need of renovation.
The breakfast had very limited choices and was not tasty at all.
The air conditioner suddenly stopped working and started leaking water all over the room, which made the situation even worse.
The Wi-Fi was extremely weak and almost unusable inside the room.
Overall, this was a terrible experience from start to finish. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. In my opinion, renting an Airbnb apartment is a much better option and offers far better value for the money.
The stay overall was quite nice but there were some things that kinda ruin the experience a bit. For example, we paid for the FB but when we went to eat lunch we were told we had to pay extra for drinks. Later, another server told us we didn’t have to do that and that we could order drinks as we pleased. The breakfast and dinner are served in a form of buffet, unlike lunch, you just order something from the menu. The servers didn’t really bother explaining the available food from the menu and also couldn’t explain when asked. The room maids would knock whenever they wanted, especially during the time after lunch when people are usually asleep or relaxing. Once they brought two toilet rolls when it wasn’t necessary, but when we ran out of the toilet paper they didn’t bring us more.
We arrived at the hotel later at the afternoon so naturally we could have only dinner that day, but since we paid for the FB we still wanted to use it to the fullest and asked the receptionist for a lunch box on the last day of our stay so that our lunch wouldn’t go to waste and we wouldn’t be hungry at the airport, so if we hadn’t asked them for the lunch box i don’t think they would’ve given it to us. Another thing worth mentioning is that when we arrived we were met with a broken balcony door that couldn’t open easily so we had to ask for help and it was fixed tomorrow morning.
Overall the hotel is quite nice, the food quality was good. There’s also a bunch of cats near the pool area so i guess they made the experience a bit more interesting and fun. The hotel is located near the beach, and you only need a 5 minute walk to get there which is nice. There’s a lot of restaurants around the area and there’s also a handy corner shop where you can get basic stuff for hygiene and other stuff too. There’s also a bus stop just 5 mins away from the hotel and you can use the public transport to get to the older part of the city which has historic buildings and souvenir shops.
Just returned from a fantastic stay at Navarria Blue Hotel.
From the moment we arrived, Yianni’s welcome to us was excellent and every member of staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotless throughout, and our room was modern, comfortable and well maintained. The food was excellent.
Overall, we had a wonderful time and would happily recommend Navarria Blue to anyone looking for a clean, friendly hotel with great food, excellent staff and a relaxing atmosphere. We'd definitely return🤍
The hotel is great.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, both at the reception and in the restaurant. The rooms are clean, bright with a good sea view. Everything is modern, the beds are comfortable. Continental Breakfest are good and fresh.
Always competitive prices
I visited more hotels in Limassol, some of them with "higher standard," but this one for me is definitely the best, with a great atmosphere. My number one in Limassol, I highly recommend 🤍
Hotel I found to be very clean. Rooms are basic but again clean. Shower pressure is great. Had a small balcony. Rooms do not have many electric sockets so advise a multiple adaptor if have a few items that need to charge, use. Room has tv but did not use.
Nice reception area, decor is dated but has its charm.
Great outdoor space with a swimming pool...which was cold !!!! May be better in summer when sun has more chance to warm it up.
Close to shops and restaurants.
There is some building work going on close by but I stayed opposite so never noticed.
Breakfast was good not a massive choice but tasted nice.
