I had a pleasant stay at Palm Beach Hotel. The hotel is well located, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the pool is well maintained. The food is plentiful and there are several options, although some dishes are repeated.
A big plus is the staff. Mostafar, one of the chefs, is excellent and makes amazing carbonara pasta — definitely worth trying! Esmat, one of the bartenders, is also very kind, friendly and helpful. People like them really make the stay more enjoyable.
A few things could be improved, such as the older furniture, the rather firm beds and the cleanliness of the beach.
Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would consider coming back. With a few improvements, the hotel could be even better.

I really enjoyed the stay in Palm Beach Hotel. I've been here from 28th of August until 3th of September. The Beach bar was Amazing also Reception, especially Alina, Suzan, Iva and Dani. In restaurant I want to say a big compliment to Hasan and Esmat. The Beach is close which i consider useful. The food is delicious and the cleaning is perfect. I recomend!
Rooms were not cleaned every day. The hallway smells. Everything is so old. Towels were torn. There is only one trash can on the beach. The food is heavily seasoned. Check-out was supposed to be at 12:00, but they threw our things out of the room at 10:30, so I couldn't even take a shower before leaving. People, avoid this hotel, especially if you are with small children because there are a lot of stairs. The only good thing about this hotel is the staff from Egypt, because they are all so kind and always have a smile on their face. Big regards to them.
