We had a fantastic stay at Paloma Grida and would highly recommend it. The hotel has such a lovely atmosphere, with beautifully maintained grounds and a stunning beach that’s perfect for relaxing. There are also some great shops on site, which was a nice added touch – ideal for picking up essentials or a few holiday treats without needing to leave the resort. The staff were amazing throughout our stay, always friendly and helpful, which really made a difference. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well looked after, adding to the overall experience. Overall, it’s a wonderful hotel with so much to offer – from the beautiful beach to the excellent service. We would definitely return!
We recently returned from a fantastic stay at Paloma Grida Belek, and overall, it lived up to expectations. The resort offers a great balance of relaxation and quality hospitality, making it an easy place to unwind. Service & Hospitality The service throughout our stay was outstanding. Every staff member we interacted with was attentive, warm, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Whether at the restaurants or around the property, the team’s efficiency and hospitality stood out as one of the best parts of the experience. Spa & Wellness A major highlight of the trip was spending time at the hotel spa. I booked a massage along with a spa treatment, and both were executed brilliantly. The therapists are skilled, the atmosphere is calm and clean, and it served as a genuine highlight of the getaway. Room & Accommodation The general layout and cleanliness of the room were great, but there is one minor detail worth noting: the sofa bed size. If you plan on having someone sleep on the extra sofa bed, be aware that it feels quite compact and may not be ideal for older children or adults. Overall, despite the sofa bed issue, Paloma Grida is a fantastic resort that delivers on quality service, relaxing spa experiences, and a welcoming atmosphere.
The restaurant was very good — the food was tasty and varied, with a great selection of dishes available at all times. The hotel grounds are beautiful, green, and well maintained, making it very pleasant to walk around and relax. The sports animation was active and fun, with plenty of activities to join and take part in. The Teen Club is well organized, and our children really enjoyed it there — lots of socializing and different activities, so they never got bored.
We had an amazing 2 week stay at this hotel. The hotel had everything, including an amazing water park. The beach is great, one small issue with the pools was that there was not enough areas for 5-9 year olds to play/stand. We could not really fault anything else, from the food to the entertainment to the staff. Samir deserves a special mention, working with the entertainment team, he was fantastic, always chatting to people and making them feel welcome. Would highly recommend.

The swimming pools were fantastic – clean, spacious, and perfect for both adults and children. The water slides were a huge highlight of our holiday, providing endless fun and excitement every day. There were also plenty of activities and entertainment options, so there was never a dull moment. The food was outstanding. The variety and quality of dishes were excellent, with something delicious available at every meal. From fresh local specialties to international cuisine, everything was beautifully prepared and tasted amazing. A special thank you goes to the Guest Relations team for their professionalism and kindness. We would especially like to mention İlayda (Trainee), who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. She always greeted us with a smile and was eager to assist with any questions or requests. Her positive attitude and dedication made our holiday even more enjoyable.
