We had a wonderful stay at Paloma Pasha Hotel and were extremely satisfied with our experience. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable for a family of four. The sea is simply breathtaking, and the beach and especially the pier area are outstanding. The staff are exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. There are enough team members to ensure guests receive prompt assistance whenever needed, so we never experienced any issues during our stay. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday. We are already planning to come back next year. Another great advantage is that it is very easy to visit the nearby town of Özdere. It is a charming, peaceful, and lovely little town that is definitely worth exploring.

Best beach I've ever been to, hands down. The sea is clean, clear, and perfect for spending the whole day in. Genuinely can't fault it. Special thank you to Hikmet Abi, one of the servers. His hospitality and friendliness were a breath of fresh air and made our stay so much better. And a big shoutout to Berat, the animator, always high energy, so friendly, and great at making everyone feel included. He made our days. Food and drinks were great with plenty of variety, rooms were comfortable and clean, and the value overall was excellent. Only two small things: the music around the pool felt a bit dated, and the WiFi in the room was unreliable at times (might just be my room). Neither took away from a lovely holiday. Would happily come back, especially for that beach. Thank you to the whole team!

From first day until the last, we enjoyed our holiday and felt warmly welcomed by the hotel. But the moment that will stay with us forever happened on our final night. My child had an issue its a part of our life, and as a parent, there are moments when traveling can become emotionally overwhelming. This night was one of that moment. We were worried. The young man working at the reception, came into our lives at exactly the right time. He spoke to us with genuine care, made my child smile again, and gave both of us comfort, strength, and motivation when we needed it the most and left a lasting impact on both of our lives. Long after we forget many details of this holiday, we will always remember him. After everything he did for us, I told him that I wanted to mention his name in this review but with great humility, he told me that he doesn't me to include his name he did not want that. That humble response only increased our respect for him, and of course, we happily respected his wish. and he remain as a secret hero of our stay. since we returned back to our home we always remember that moment. we thanks to him. We are deeply grateful to him and to the entire hotel team for making our stay so special. We sincerely hope to return next year

Me and my family (5 Adults and 2 Children) stopped at Paloma Pasha from 3rd June to 13th June 2026 after stopping at another Paloma Hotel in 2022 (Paloma Foresta) and our stay here was filled with brilliant memories of an amazing family holiday. The staff at guest relations did there upmost to make our stay here as relaxed as possible, travelling with a 3 month old we were worried about how my partner was going to pump and store her milk to feed our daughter, the team at guest relations stored our ice packs and spare supply of milk in one of the kitchens deep freezers and would deliver the Ice packs to our room every morning meaning my partner was not confined to our room every time she needed to pump. And every interaction with them was service with a smile, we couldn't thank them enough. We also booked a taxi to Gümüldür Gece Pazari through them on their recommendation and enjoyed this Turkish market experience which was only a 10 minute drive away! They really are a credit to the hotel! The food variety at the main restaurant was good for an all inclusive package, and the à la carte restaurants we visited (Wabi Sabi - Japanese, Chinese & Asian dishes & Quentine - Italian, Turkish, Lebanese & Greek dishes) were absolutely amazing with Wabi Sabi being our favourite and the staff in all of the restaurants were friendly and couldn't do enough for you. During our stay we also enjoyed spending our nights out on the terrace bar, which had comfortable seating and a quiet relaxed atmosphere. The bar staff here were very friendly and would come over to ask if we wanted more drinks which was always appreciated. The cocktail variety was also good and delicious. During the day we spent most of the time by the pool which was very clean and had good sunbeds and the pool area itself felt very relaxed and not over busy with beds being available all throughout the day. The pool & beach bar was very close and had a more limited amount of drinks our favourite being the 'Turkish Lemonade' which we highly recommend. Our room 414 was big and spacious and didn't feel cramped with 2 adults and 2 children and all the luggage that entails. The furnishings were modern and clean and the bed was comfortable which really adds to a great stay. The mini bar was restocked everyday with Water, Fanta, Coca Cola, Sprite & Beer which was always appreciated after a long day at the pool or beach. The A/C cooled the room really well and was very quiet which has not been the case at other hotels we have stayed at. The bathroom has a large shower with a rainfall shower and a separate shower hose and the water pressure was very good. S The rooms were cleaned every day to a good standard with towel creations on the bed a few which we loved. The Wi-Fi worked very well throughout the entire hotel and was very fast allowing us to stream our daughter's favourite programs while relaxing in the room in an afternoon without constant buffering. Overall we were all thrilled that we chose this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone !!

We are a family of four living in Belgium, and we stayed here for 7 nights at the beginning of July. One of our children is over 20 and the other is over 10, so this is not only a “small kids” perspective 🙂 For us, the hotel was relaxing, peaceful and very comfortable. The sea was one of the biggest highlights. The hotel has its own private beach, and during our stay the water was cool, clean, shallow and very calm. The entrance was mostly sandy, with only a small area of small pebbles, and the water was clear enough to see the bottom easily. Not Maldives level, let’s stay realistic 😄, but really beautiful. We also had no issues with sea urchins, mosquitoes or insects. Our family room was one of the largest and most comfortable rooms we have stayed in. The parents’ bedroom was separated from the children’s room by a door, which gave real privacy. Two bathrooms and toilets made life much easier for a family of four. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the two large balconies made the room feel even more spacious. The room was also quiet. Housekeeping was excellent. Daily cleaning and towel change were available, although we asked for cleaning every 2 or 3 days instead of every day. The minibar included water, beer, cola, Sprite and Fanta, and it was refilled daily. The pool area is very well designed. There is a large pool system around the hotel, so people do not feel squeezed into one small area. We had no difficulty finding sunbeds or umbrellas during our stay, although I cannot speak for every period of the season because I do not know the exact occupancy rate. Food and drinks were another strong point. If you do not control yourself a little, gaining weight is almost guaranteed 😄 There was a lot of variety, good Mediterranean-style food, many vegetarian options, successful grills, and a separate beachside place for burgers and pizza. We also tried the free Asian à la carte restaurant and found it very successful. There is also a free seafood à la carte restaurant and, if I remember correctly, a paid grill à la carte option. The spa was a very pleasant surprise. We had two 50-minute classic full-body massages. With a 20% discount, we paid around 50 euros per session. The spa was large, very clean and relaxing. The therapist was from Bali and clearly experienced. Wi-Fi worked well at the beach, pool and common areas, and was fast enough for YouTube. In some parts of our room the signal was a little weaker, but it was not a real problem. The TV was normal hotel size, but because our family room was so spacious, it felt a little small for that room. Just a small observation, not a complaint. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. Reception, guest relations, service teams and animation staff all made a positive impression. The hotel also allowed old friends to visit us, have dinner and drinks with us, which was a very kind gesture. We have stayed before in more luxurious hotels such as Voyage and Rixos. This hotel may not be at exactly that ultra-luxury level, but in our opinion it is only one small step below. Considering that those hotels were almost double the price when we booked, the value for money here is excellent. Overall, a great hotel for families, but also for couples or honeymooners looking for peace, comfort, good food and a relaxed romantic atmosphere. Our experience was genuinely very positive, and we would happily recommend it.
