The hotel is a four-star, but I think it lost its shine some time ago. A proper renovation is needed, as most of the common areas—such as the restaurant, bars, and lounges—show clear signs of wear, the upholstery is stained in most places, and it doesn’t help that guests sit around in wet robes. On the bright side, the food is good, with plenty of options, and the staff does their best to keep up with the crowds at mealtimes. I’m not disappointed, because the spa is amazing, but I think I might need to explore other options. That said, this is still a great choice for families with kids.
For a 4-star hotel and for the Radisson brand, this is more than pathetic. All you can eat and drink is ok, but then you need a lot more staff to maintain it - plates of food, glasses of drinks are left everywhere, for example, half-empty glasses of beer by the pool - I wouldn't be surprised if the thermal water tasted like beer... The tables and chairs were sticky from spilled sweet drinks, as was the floor. During our three-day stay, the floor was sticky all the time. Maybe the manager really needs a kick to move things in the right direction - more staff, better hygiene and cleanliness, expansion of the thermal park because it has become too small for such a density of guests... All in all, it is appropriate for a 3-star hotel. Best regards
This year's visit after X years. The hotel is not being repaired, it is being painted, the carpets are probably being changed, the food in the all-inclusive mode is ok. The thermal pools are nice. But everything is spoiled by the incredible smell in the room and in the bathroom. It is probably spread by the maid and she is trying to improve the room with some fragrant spray. It is disgusting, disgusting, disgusting. It burns the eyes, the nose runs. All other feelings are gone. It is disgusting. The beds are small and soft. The whole hotel is like Potemkin's village, it is being reconstructed using colors, but that is not enough. I really mind that the Czechs steal food at breakfast and in the evening. I will add a review about the food. Quantity won over quality. I used to visit the hotel 15 years ago, but this is my last stay. The spa would also require a major overhaul. A hotel for families with children and seniors with quantity. I can compare, but this is not for me.
Amazing staff and hotel! From the very first moment, the service was outstanding – truly the best I’ve ever experienced. The staff went above and beyond, accommodating all our needs, including gluten-free food and special dietary limitations. The hotel itself is amazing, with both an indoor and outdoor waterpark. The water slides are great fun for both adults and kids. The all-inclusive experience is truly all inclusive – breakfast, snacks, lunch, drinks, and dinner, with a big variety of tasty food and beverages. A perfect stay – highly recommended!
I had booked accommodation for two nights, but due to multiple unacceptable issues, I only stayed for one night. The following problems occurred during my stay: 1. Cleanliness issues: The room and shared areas did not meet the hygiene standards expected from a four-star hotel. 2. Non-functioning Wi-Fi: I was unable to connect to the internet in my room, which caused significant inconvenience. 3. Unusable wellness facilities: The swimming pool was overcrowded with school-age swimming students throughout the afternoon, making it impossible to enjoy the wellness area. 4. Unprofessional restaurant service: During dinner, one of the waiters physically bumped into me and did not offer any apology, which I found extremely rude and disrespectful. 5. Poor bed quality: The bed was so uncomfortable that it took me hours to fall asleep. 6. Early morning noise disturbance: Before 7 AM, I was abruptly awakened by the loud clanging of metal barrels being moved directly below my window, at the rear wing of the restaurant. It felt as if the noise was happening right next to my head. 7. Skipped breakfast: Due to the stress and frustration caused by the above experiences, I chose not to have breakfast. Highly not recommended, waisted money!
