We spent very nice 2 weeks in Park inn Zalakaros hotel. The checking in was nice, fast and before 15. We would recomend to book a parking spot in the underground garage with direct access to the hotel lift. The cuisine was very tasty and diverse. We liked the idea of allinclusive with free dreher beer, filtered water, coffee machines and entrance to the pools directly from the hotel lobby. In case of being hungry you could find different dishes all the day. WiFi was very efficient, room clean, spacious and quiet with large balcony. The 90cm beds comfortable. The stuff was excelent in the restaurant and stand bar ass well. They were very quick, smiling and ready to help. It was very pleasantly surprising to have lunch after checking out at 12 on the day of departure because of 9 hours travel ahead. Finally we were very glad to stay in Parkinn and will come again next year.
It was our second stay here and definitely not the last. The rooms are spacious, the food is delicious throughout the day and the spa with thermal baths is perfect for relaxation. We’re already looking forward to our next visit.
This was our fift time visiting Park Inn Zalakaros. The staff is very friendly and pleasant. Hats off to the reception staff. The kitchen is outstanding and there is so much food to choose from. The hotel is connected to city thermal spa directly from a hotel lobby. I would recommend future visitors to call the city spa first to find out, if everything is accessible as this was our second time in a row that the outside pool with peat and sulfuric water was closed. Just a reminder once again, the spa and hotel are not the same subject, so don't complain to hotel staff if someting is closed.
Everything is fine, except that I lost 130 EUR unnecessarily. Warning for clients: the hotel informs the client about the price in EUR, then it is not possible to pay in EUR on site, you have to have HUF currency with you on site. I did not have it with me, so the bank charges cost me 130 EUR!
I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect from the delicious food to the beautiful environment and the incredibly friendly staff. The cleanliness and attention to detail were exceptional, making the experience truly enjoyable. I also want to mention that the staff was very understanding and accommodating in every situation. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch stay. Simply outstanding in every way!
