By far the worst food experience ever made!!!!! The personnel was super friendly luckily (best experience ever made). The A la carte restaurants are even worse than the normal buffet restaurant. Meat and fish is super dry. Eggs in the morning much too salty. There would be 100x more comments I could make about the food. The "Filet Steak" which I had in the a la carte restaurant was not even close to a filet steak, it was more like a meat piece usually used for a Cheeseburger.... This is all really sad because the hotel itself, the service, the programme etc is really great, but never ever in my life had such a bad food. The cocktails from the all inclusive programme are all made with full chemical syrups etc. After 2 days you don't know anymore what you shall drink... SUMMARY - Imagine you have 1 week all full inclusive and the best experience at the end of the week is pure water and Ham & Cheese Toast, and this is the truth. When you don't care about food and drink quality at all, the hotel is just perfect. If you care about quality, though, please don't come here.
Had the most amazing week here, for our friend’s wedding, wish we had booked for longer! It’s a lovely hotel with super friendly staff. It’s very clean and comfortable. Lovely pools and right on the beach. The hotel staff went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. Food was just lovely and so much choice. The Al la Carte restaurants are definitely worth a visit, absolutely delicious and we felt so special! Pool area was also lovely, plenty of sunbeds by the pool and the grass area. Drinks were really nice, the bar staff were so friendly especially Kirolos, the outside snacks were also very good. Can't recommend this hotel enough, we thoroughly enjoyed every part of our stay. Definitely somewhere to revisit!
We have just returned from a 2 week holiday here. The hotel was lovely and the staff are great. But the animation team will make your holiday. Andrea and his team are simply brilliant! However, I have to acknowledge one major issue. This is rowdy wedding guests. This was not a one off. This was not an isolated issue and reading previous reviews this is a common thing. For our two weeks we were constantly disturbed during the day with a group of drunken people from the wedding group, they interfereed with the evening entertainment and woke people up in the early hours of the morning shouting and fighting. I know multiple people complained about this. So, I'm afraid more needs to be done to tackle this social behaviour. I do plan on returning but this would definitely deter me.
Wonderfull stay. Great hotel. Food was different each day, a bit more spises would help the food but over all fine. The staff really Carried the place, they were so nice. The only bad Thing was the ala carte, steak was not medium rare and overall not that good.
Fabulous hotel! The staff all go over and above to be kind and helpful. The entertainment run by Andrei is fantastic and Maria runs the main restaurant brilliantly. Will definitely come back!
