This hotel is so nice, we have enjoyed our stay here during August 2026. We would definitely come here again. We would stay in the same part of the hotel and would have the room with a semi private pool. We have already stayed in this room recommend it for young families because it is very convenient. The food is so good that people with different taste will find something they like and it is very filling and my family thinks this hotel is very nice. The cleaners here are very kind and welcoming they gave us some floaties for my 9 year old nd my 1 year old. We would recommend this hotel for all.
We had a great time! The staff is truly fantastic, so kind and helpful at all times. The rooms are spacious, and the pools are wonderful. We went in low season with a toddler. A few remarks/tips for others: - mid April the laundry service was not available yet. We had to handwash some laundry. It would be great if the hotel mentioned this or communicated it to tour operators, as this is where we got the info from. - with a toddler the pool water was a tad too cold. Our kid wore a wetsuit but still was very cold after +- 30 minutes in the pool. Good to keep in mind if you travel in low season. - the restaurants were not open yet mid April. This was not a big issue as we ate at the buffet every day, but for a change it would have been nice. This was not mentioned anywhere either. In all we had a great time, thank you!
Overall, this is a well-renovated hotel that is well suited to families. However, at EUR 380 per night for a family room, it is far too expensive. Around half that price would represent fair value. What is completely unacceptable, however, is that the hotel charges guests a daily fee to use the in-room safe. A safety box should be provided free of charge as a basic amenity, not locked behind an extra fee. As a result, we were forced to leave our valuables in the car, which is far from ideal. We certainly won’t return to a hotel that charges guests to secure their belongings. In all our previous trips to Spain, we have never encountered such a practice. It feels more like a tourist trap than a family-friendly hotel.
It is an ok place. Not fancy. Ok food at the buffet. It was better at the pool-side restaurant. They keep it pretty clean except for the cockroach that was in our room. They charge 2 euros a day to use the safe where they provide the code to you. The water was off when we arrived the first day. We stayed here for a tennis camp. I dont think we would stay here again. The tennis courts we not great. The room was quite warm in late June. It was not easy to sleep at night. The internet worked well. The staff were mixed. Restaurants were friendly and helpful. The front desk not so much.
Fantastic, well run hotel. Rooms cleaned daily to a high standard. All the staff we encountered were a pleasure to interact with. The food in the restaurant was excellent on every visit. Bar prices were reasonable for a 4 star hotel.
