:This was by far the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at in Turkey or around the world . The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful, which made our holiday very disappointing.
The kids’ club was a complete waste of time. The staff running it seemed uninterested, and there were hardly any activities for children. when we asked about activities they told us we r not doing anything except painting and colouring. The only equipment was a small trampoline, and kids had to wait around 15 to 20 minutes just to have a turn as only 4 people allowed at once.
The food was also very poor. It was practically the same every day for the entire week, with very little variety. same kebab whole week.
One of the most upsetting experiences was when my young child couldn’t find our room key. Instead of helping, the staff made us feel embarrassed in front of other guests, which was completely unacceptable.
The only positive experience we had was with the duty manager. Unfortunately, I can’t remember his name, but he was outstanding. He listened, tried to help, and was the only member of staff who showed genuine customer service.
The resort wasn’t family-friendly. Smoking was allowed almost everywhere, and people were smoking right next to children while families were eating. It was unpleasant and made it difficult to enjoy meals with our child.
The hotel itself is very outdated and not clean. Housekeeping was extremely poor—we had to call reception multiple times every day just to get basic items because our room wasn’t being properly looked after.
The hotel also seemed to cater mainly to local Turkish guests, which isn’t an issue in itself, but the overall atmosphere and service left us feeling unwelcome as international visitors.
Overall, this hotel was a huge disappointment and a complete waste of money. I would strongly advise families to avoid staying here. I’m genuinely surprised that Jet2 still offers this resort on its website, as it falls well below the standard we expected.
Avoid Avoid Avoid
I stayed at this hotel last year, and this year I found myself missing it so much that I wanted to share my experience.
Overall, everything was very good. The reception team kindly accommodated our request and provided us with a room that had a beautiful view. The staff were always friendly, professional, and helpful.
One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel’s activities and competitions. They organized group games and tournaments such as volleyball, swimming, table tennis, archery, and many other fun activities, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
The food was average, but the overall experience was excellent and memorable.
I truly miss this beautiful hotel and hope to visit again in the future. Looking forward to seeing you again!😍😍
On arrival and on the way to the room there was skirting boards and door architraves hanging off and left loose.
In the bedroom there was a curtain missing and sheets on one of the beds wasn't clean.
The food in the buffet is of very poor quality and most of it looks like it gets brought out and back everyday. The only food decent was the pizza at the poolside bar.
There is cats everywhere in the restaurants wandering around and on seats and tables.
The swimming pools were stone cold at 17 degrees which is far too cold for anybody to swim in and enjoy. Safe to say it's not a real 5 star hotel by European standards and probably 3 at best. Without a doubt I won't be back
The Good:
Excellent Staff: Workers are tireless, highly attentive, and provide great service.
Tasty Dining: Food is high quality with a wide variety of dishes.
Spacious Layout: Large pool areas and roomy common spaces.
Good Room Size: The 1-bedroom apartment fits a king bed, extra bed, and sofa bed easily.
Spotless Grounds: The hotel is kept very tidy and clean throughout.
Beach Access: Free shuttle service to the beach is provided. The
Bad:
Bad Room Cleaning: Room cleanliness was very poor, and it was still not properly cleaned even after complaining.
Very Loud Noise: Overwhelmingly loud music at the main pool ruins any chance of relaxing.
Unregulated Relax Pool: The 18+ adult pool is unmonitored and often full of children.Small Bathrooms: The bathroom layout in the apartment is cramped.
Outdated Tech: The bedroom features an outdated, tiny TV (around 21 inches).
Isolated Location: Far from central Kuşadası and definitely not within walking distance.
Summary:
A mixed experience. The hardworking staff, great food, and spacious cleanliness are major highlights. However, if you are looking for peace and quiet, the unmonitored adult pool and blasting music make relaxation impossible. It is a solid choice if you do not mind the noise and the distance from town, but it needs better policy enforcement.
I rarely leave reviews, but this time I felt it was important to share my experience.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The hotel offers plenty of attractions for children, making it a great choice for families. The staff were generally friendly and helpful.
However, there were a few issues that affected our overall impression. Although the food was tasty, the menu was very repetitive, with almost the same dishes being served every day. In addition, finding a free table at dinner time was extremely difficult and often felt almost impossible, which made the dining experience less enjoyable.
The biggest disappointment, however, was the situation with our lost snorkeling mask. After reporting it missing, a member of the staff informed us that it had been found during the evening pool cleaning and taken to the reception desk. When we went to collect it, we were told that it could not be found.
I spoke with the Duty Manager, who told me that the CCTV footage would be reviewed and the matter investigated. Unfortunately, we never received any update or explanation about what had happened to our belongings.
I fully understand that guests are responsible for their personal belongings. However, once the hotel confirmed that the mask had been found and handed over to the reception, I believe it should have been kept safely until its owner collected it. What disappointed me the most was not only the loss of the mask itself, but also the lack of follow-up and communication after the investigation was promised.
The hotel has many positive aspects and a lot of potential, but I hope improvements will be made to the dinner service, especially regarding seating capacity, as well as to the procedures for handling lost property and communicating with guests.
