A big thank you to Richmond Ephesus Resort.
It was one of our best holidays.
The food was great, even though we arrived just before the end, everything was always available. Even at peak times, we always had a place to sit in the restaurant (2 adults and 2 children).
The sea was beautiful, shallow, ideal for children. Soft, beautiful sand everywhere. We also always found a sunbed on the beach and we didn't have to reserve it in advance.
The entire staff was nice and nothing was a problem. Special thanks to the barman Ibrahim. He made our entire stay and atmosphere very pleasant.
The area was large and there was enough space everywhere.
We had great programs every day. From live music to performances in the amphitheater.
Mosquitoes were a bit common, but it wasn't terrible. There were free repellents at the bar and they also took precautions. I didn't even know about them for a few days.
Once again, thank you to the entire hotel for a wonderful vacation and professional approach.
We were very pleased with our stay at Richmond. Overall, I would rate our experience 5 out of 5.
The hotel has a good beach, a pleasant atmosphere, and comfortable facilities, but above all I would like to highlight the work of the staff. It is the people here who create a genuine sense of hospitality.
Special thanks to the reception staff, Ozan and Ahmed. I would also like to mention Elanur from the Beach Bar and the woman who cleaned our room. All of them are highly professional, always friendly, and attentive to guests. It was especially heartwarming to see how warmly and sincerely they interacted and played with our child.
In fact, these words apply not only to them but to almost the entire hotel staff. There are wonderful people working in the restaurant and in many other positions throughout the hotel. Everywhere you can see genuine effort, a willingness to help, and a desire to make guests' holidays even better.
I would also like to recognize the excellent work of the hotel management. Any issues or situations that arose during our stay were handled quickly, efficiently, and with a sincere willingness to help.
Many thanks to the entire Richmond team for a wonderful holiday and for their warm attitude toward guests!
This hotel exceeded all of my expectations, but the absolute highlight was the food. It was honestly the best food I have ever had in any hotel.
A huge thank you to the sous chef and the entire kitchen team. Every single meal was outstanding. From the appetizers to the main courses and the desserts, everything was perfectly prepared, beautifully presented, and incredibly delicious.
The à la carte restaurant was also an unforgettable dining experience. Every dish was full of flavor and made with great attention to detail.
The restaurant service was exceptional as well. The staff were friendly, professional, attentive, and made every meal even more enjoyable.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and the restaurant alone is a reason for me to come back. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!
First time at Richmond Ephesus and it’s been a lovely stay ! The food is amazing, it changes every night and it’s always amazing. The pools are always clean, the staff works on the clock to make sure we have everything, which we really appreciated, a special thank to every single person who assisted us during our stay.
A honorary thank to the Guzleme Queen who’s been serving us fresh and tasty guzleme every day !
And of course, big thank to Cagan and Musacan from the animation team, always good vibes and a lot of laughter. The evening shows are fun to watch !
We stayed there with my family for a week in July. The hotel staff are great, very respectful and helpful!
We also tried the à la carte restaurant on the 6th floor for my dad’s birthday and I want to thank Ahmet (responsible of the reservations) for being an easy person to talk to and trust while making arrangements.
The animation team and their activities were great and super welcoming, you won’t be bored!
-We asked for a third bed in our room, but it was very low quality compared to the king-size bed. I could feel the bed springs while sleeping and had to take turns sleeping on it with my family.
-The gym is pretty small and can get really warm in there. Also, the machines were not working one day.
-Something else that’d be good to know before going there is that it’s a very kid-friendly hotel, even at the quiet pool (meaning no music/activities) the kids can be pretty loud. So I’d say if you’re not into them or want more of a romantic/quiet time it wouldn’t be the best choice.
Ephesus ( EF-uh-suhs) was an ancient Greek city on the coast of Ionia, in present-day Selçuk in İzmir Province, Turkey. It was built in the 10th century BC on the site of Apasa, a city-state that was also the capital of Arzawa, by Attic and Ionian Greek colonists. During the Classical Greek era, it was one of twelve cities that were members of the Ionian League.

It was located in Ephesus, near modern day Selçuk in Turkey. While it had been destroyed and rebuilt many times in ancient history, the last incarnation of the temple wa
