We had a wonderful stay at Rixos Premium Bodrum. The hotel is beautifully located, with an amazing beach, clear water and stunning views. Our room was very spacious, comfortable and well designed, with a beautiful view that made the stay even more enjoyable. The food was also excellent, with a very wide choice throughout the day and consistently good quality. There is plenty to do at the resort, with a great swimming pool, a well-equipped gym and many sports and activities available. The whole property is very pleasant and offers a great balance between relaxation and entertainment. A special thank you to Mehmet Can Bilik, the manager, who was extremely professional, attentive and helpful throughout our stay. He genuinely made sure that everything went smoothly and that we felt well taken care of. The staff in general were very kind, responsive and always willing to help. Overall, a beautiful resort with excellent food, comfortable rooms, a fantastic beach and very good service. We would happily come back and definitely recommend Rixos Premium Bodrum.
We had an amazing experience at Rixos Premium Bodrum and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury vacation in Bodrum. The resort is absolutely beautiful, the food is outstanding, and there is something to do for everyone. One of the things we loved most was the variety of activities available throughout the day. Whether you enjoy sports, fitness, or just staying active, you’ll never get bored here. The facilities are excellent, including a fully equipped gym, tennis courts, and padel courts. Every day there are plenty of organized activities and entertainment options, making the experience fun and engaging from morning until evening. A special thank you to Sultan, who took exceptional care of us during our stay. He was always friendly, professional, and willing to help with anything we needed. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our experience even more memorable. Overall, Rixos Premium Bodrum exceeded our expectations in every way. Amazing food, outstanding service, great facilities, and a fantastic atmosphere. We will definitely be coming back!
I’m surprised by this hotel since it came up in every list as a premium hotel. We went for our honeymoon trip and were left underwhelmed. The good: The food is good for an all inclusive The resort looks very nice and is very clean and has great views There is a private area for the beach Service is mostly good The spa is awesome They have a godiva cafe which is a great bonus The bad: We initially were in a room where the water from the shower flooded the whole room. Also, there was constant construction noise right outside our room, and the window outside our room was boarded up. Completely unacceptable for the price we were paying at a 5 star. I went to complain and they claimed they had no availability but eventually moved us to a much better room with no issues. That room was great and I’m glad I got upgraded. Otherwise this would be a 1 star review. Do not come to this resort if you don’t have kids. There is not a single place, except the spa, where you can escape screaming and crying kids. They’re even in the indoor / outdoor pool that is supposed to be 16+, the resort doesn’t enforce it at all Service is decent, but you really have to get the attention of servers to come take your order, they won’t walk up to you. There also isn’t 24/7 food service, there are only 2 restaurants and one of them is closed from 2-630 and 930pm-12am, and the other is only open 12-6pm We were on a honeymoon trip and the hotel was made aware of it but they didn’t do as much as drop a note in our room The pools are also freezing cold, it’s early May so it’s the weather too, but not having a heated pool at all at a boring resort leaves you with nothing to do. No one was in the pools except a couple kids All in all - I’m going to try somewhere else next time

The hotel staff deserve great recognition – professional, friendly, and always helpful. We had initially requested a sea-view room, but the hotel kindly upgraded us to a stunning 177 m² terrace suite — an unforgettable experience with breathtaking views.
