The stay in club was great but mostly I want thank for one special staff who make her job with love and kindness . Linda from housekeeping is truly wonderful. For two years in a row I’ve had the chance to stay in rooms she takes care of, and her attention and kindness always make the stay feel special. She cleans with great care, leaves little flowers in the room, and even thoughtful small surprises before departure. Linda is always smiling, positive, and in such a good mood that it naturally spreads to the guests. Her warmth and dedication make a real difference.
Not friendly club also I don t understand how the surfclub on beach earn money . 6 people work there. Max 3 Surfboard on water . Boats catamaran maby 1 a day 🥹 Do the get subsidies does somebody van tell?
This Robinson club felt a bit too old and worn out, specially the rooms' buildings. A good coat of paint is really needed in many areas. Also, my kids were a bit disappointed by the entertainment and animation on offer (12 and 15 year olds). I enjoyed the good gym sessions and trainings. Food was good, but not great, and for the price you pay, I was not hugely impressed. In general, and considering the very high standards you expect when visiting a Robinson I felt it was overpriced even for the normally high prices in this kind of clubs, however it was a late booking for the autumn holidays and that might be the reason. We will not be repeating the visit next year, perhaps in another club.
We cannot count any more how many times we have been here. It is always like coming home for us. We love this place and enjoyed an exceptional Easter holiday. Everything was outstanding. Great food, great entertainment for all age groups, great sports activities. It is always hard to leave this paradise like place.
Stayed here for a week on my own and was made to feel exceptionally welcome. A vast variety of food, rooms are very clean and to be honest I had so many choices of what to do throughout the day and this was due to the staff- who will go out of there way to make u feel great! Look out for "grumpy grandad" who is just pure gold! Alianna on the front desk with great energy, the staff at the well being centre are amazing, the wine ladies in the restraunt. All the staff are superb and provide great entertainment at night for the families. Worth mentioning all the customers also who will never let you eat or drink alone 😀.
