We had a wonderful family holiday at Royal Dragon Hotel and were very satisfied with our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, the food was delicious with a great variety of choices, and the evening entertainment was enjoyable every day. Another advantage is the shopping area within walking distance of the hotel. The beach is wide and sandy with a gentle entrance into the sea, making it perfect for families with children. There is also a good selection of water sports available directly on the beach.
We would especially like to thank Berkay, who became friends with our sons while playing table tennis. He continued talking to them and spending time with them over the following days, and his kindness and positive attitude made a big contribution to our overall experience. Thanks to him, we will always have wonderful memories of both the hotel and our holiday.
We would be happy to return in the future and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great family vacation in the Side area.
We are currently staying at the Royal Dragon Hotel as a family of four (two adults and two children). After four wonderful days, I couldn’t wait until the end of our stay to share our experience.
The hotel has truly exceeded our expectations. It is exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and the attention to detail throughout the property is impressive.
A special thank you to the entertainment team, who work tirelessly from early morning until midnight with amazing energy and dedication. They are truly the heart of the hotel.
The restaurant is well organized, with a great variety of food, and everything is always available. Although the hotel feels busy, it never feels crowded, and the service remains fast and efficient.
So far, our experience has been outstanding, and we would gladly return again. Thank you to the entire Royal Dragon team for making our holiday so enjoyable!
I am staying at the dragon and unfortunately I am very disappointed since I came , I’ve been in several hotels in my life and I’ve never seen kaka in the swimming pool i am sorry but no the good thing is at least they informed the guest and clean the water . Food which is more important for me not at all a 5 star hotel!! Really this is a 3,5 star ⭐️ I am very dissatisfied and disappointed I have pictures of all the mess . I am sorry but this hotel
Lost its way to be a 5 star hotel
The staff were great. Rooms are decent, hotel is nice. It felt like false advertising because lots of services were either unavailable because off season even though major highlight on their website or a lot of extra charges. We paid for all inclusive. The buffet restaurant was disappointing food quality despite a lot of choices, plain or very salty in general. There are likely far better options near by, so I personally would not recommend.
This hotel is, in my opinion, the best in this area. It’s beautiful, in a great and quiet location, and the service is excellent. There are activities for both adults and children, everything is well organized, and the rooms are very clean.
