It's meh, nothing special at all. Good location if you like going out, which you will have to do because you'll get bored in the hotel very, very easily since there's absolutely nothing to do in the evening.
The people at the bar are wonderful, but the drinks are very cheap.
If I pay for all inclusive - the least I expect is to get real coca cola instead of some domestic cheap stuff. Insane. They maybe save $20 per person MAX in total by giving you the cheaper cola.
Food is okay. Nothing to write home about but not bad either.
After a certain hour you cannot take drinks to the beach for some reason. This is a horrible rule because I hated the entertainment around the bar area. Generally they're trying to force you to go to their paid bar which is right next to the main one.
Overall disappointed for the price, if you want a good hotel experience - pick a hotel that's outside of town. You'll get substantially more out of it in this price range.
We had a great room 607 right out the way on the other side of the street from the hotel it was lovely and quiet, powerful shower but small bathroom. Beds were lovely and aircon worked fine had a tv and fridge but disappointingly didn’t had tea and coffee making facilities that would be the only downside to the room. You can also ask for a duvet instead of the blankets as they are softer and the rooms get cleaned every day. We never went to the pool as it was always packed but happy to be on the beach. The toilets during busy times by poolside and restaurant weren’t great but functional. The food in the restaurant was quite the same most days but very nice and never went hungry. Always had bottled water to hand and was fairly quick at the bar. You get a key card from reception for towels and they give you fresh towels each day for the beach. Unfortunately we didn’t see any entertainment as we were out in the bars every night so can’t tell you about that. If you’re going on any trips to kos don’t go on a Tuesday as all the historical things are closed. I would come back again but maybe look at not all inclusive as we were out in the evenings and didn’t really drink much there. Staff on reception always very helpful
Room: nice and clean. Everything worked. Cleaned daily and extra bedding and pillows available if needed. Ground floor rooms are steps away from a quite pool and also a minute away from the beach
Service: from the front desk to the restaurant. Everyone could not be more helpful. Definitely recommend all inclusive
Location: literally steps away from the main strip where you will find something for everyone. From barber shops, retail therapy, bars and restaurants
Will definitely be coming again
This hotel does not meet the standards of a 4-star property. We were very disappointed with our stay.
We booked this hotel based on the photos shown on Love Holidays, but they are very misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the hotel at all.
We stayed for 5 nights, and upon arrival were given a very dirty room there were hairs on the bed, broken furniture, and the bathroom was small and unclean. The overall condition felt outdated and in need of refurbishment. When we requested a room change, the manager questioned our reasons and seemed visibly unhappy when we explained our concerns. We were eventually moved to another room, but it was only slightly better, so we had little choice but to accept it for the remainder of our stay.
We also experienced ongoing issues with hot water, making it difficult to shower, and even encountered cockroaches in the room — so be prepared for that possibility. Communication was another challenge, as reception staff struggled to understand or speak English, which made resolving issues difficult.
On a positive note, the housekeeping staff and restaurant team were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, this was not enough to make up for the overall poor experience.
Everything was wonderful, a huge thank you to the staff for their attentiveness. The food and the room location were superb. Thank you for everything, I highly recommend it. Don't pay too much attention to the negative reviews.
