Me and my boys stayed here for 7 nights and honestly had an amazing time from start to finish. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and the atmosphere is great whether you’re looking to relax or have a bit of fun.
The highlight for us was definitely the outside cooking area — the chef out there was absolutely top class, 10/10. The food was fresh, full of flavour, and easily one of the best parts of our stay.
Staff were friendly and always happy to help, which made the whole experience even better. We had such a good time and made some great memories.
Would definitely recommend and would come back again without hesitation!
We had a fantastic stay at this adults-only hotel and would happily return.
The all-inclusive food was really good, with plenty of choice throughout the day. The poolside snack bar was excellent, serving fresh pizza, chips, salads, paella and more. We often went for a late lunch around 2pm, and it was always nice and quiet. The drinks were great too, with Prosecco, cocktails and wine all included. The restaurant staff were especially friendly, and when we ordered wine, they simply left the bottle on our table for us to enjoy.
Check-in was smooth, and the receptionist was very welcoming. Our room on the 16th floor was spacious, with two large double beds, a modern walk-in shower, a lovely balcony, and fantastic views over Benidorm and the sea.
The location was ideal—close enough to the strip to walk to everything, but just far enough away that it stayed peaceful and quiet at night.
The evening entertainment was more suited to an older crowd than younger adults, but that didn't take away from our stay. Overall, it was a clean, comfortable hotel with friendly staff, great food and drinks, and we'd definitely stay here again.
This hotel was lovely, clean, staff were great however the beds let it down, they uncomfortable to the point we had to pay for an oestopath so sort them, to then sleep in it the next night and wake up with our backs in the same state! It’s such a shame as it’s a lovely hotel, also the pool isn’t very deep so your not allowed floats of any kind! The food is ok but there wasn’t much variety, it was almost the same everyday but just a change in the major meat selection
Just returned from a 5 night stay at Sandos Monaco. This is a lovely hotel, staff are so friendly and helpful. We had booked a deluxe room which was lovely, but we hadn’t realised it was a double bed. The next morning we asked if we could swap rooms to a twin and the staff had the new room ready within 15 minutes of asking! Food was great lots of choice, entertainment overall good. Would definitely come back. Thank you staff at Sandos Monaco for making our stay a great one!
Amazing hotel.
Beautiful rooms, nice warm pool, spa treatments were perfect and loved the hydrotherapy and location was great.
Only criticism would be no drinks available on pool side only inside the hotel.
This meant if using the pool you had to get dried off and changed to get a drink each time.
