We came back to SenSeana for the second year in a row, and once again, we had a wonderful time! The hotel is very clean and very well maintained. The main pool is great, and the water slide pool was absolutely fantastic! The food is really tasty. The selection can get a little repetitive, but honestly, that’s pretty normal for a busy all-inclusive resort. The quality was good throughout our stay, so we had no complaints. But what really makes this hotel special is the staff. They genuinely make you feel like family. A special mention to George, the bartender. He remembered us and our son from last year, greeted us with big hugs, and took such good care of us every day. He even surprised our son with a birthday gift, which was such a lovely gesture! And Lisa at reception. We remembered her from last year when she was working at the kids' club, so it was really nice to see her at the front desk this time. She recognized us right away and was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We had another fantastic stay and are already looking forward to coming back again!
Our vacation was amazing! The hotel is renovated and maintained to a high standard. It is aesthetic and wonderfully designed—every corner gives off the vibe of a resort in Thailand. The staff members are welcoming, patient, and eager to provide service with great love, even though it's an all-inclusive hotel. The alcohol is top-shelf (imported), and the food is varied and delicious. They surprised us with new dishes every day. The hotel chef made sure to cater to an allergy and accompanied us throughout the entire vacation. Additionally, there is a baby station with steamers and a food blender, which makes food easily accessible for babies. The kids' club has a wonderful staff that keeps the children entertained and engaged. The water park is super fun and well-maintained, complete with a snack bar that spoils you with drinks and food all day long. Two things that could be improved are the Wi-Fi quality throughout the hotel and the weak water pressure in the showers. Beyond that—it was perfect! The hotel is beautiful, modern, and clean. The service is outstanding, with an extremely friendly and hardworking staff that makes you want to revisit. The food and cocktails are delicious, including the snack bar, and the hospitality is warm and kind. We booked the Greek à la carte restaurant for an evening, which felt truly special and offered 5-star service. The spa facilities are great; we tried the candle massage, which was incredibly relaxing. Our child truly enjoyed his time at the aquadventure park slides. While the evening entertainment was okay—especially when watching visitors dance and enjoy themselves at the main pool bar—the venue has a lot of potential to build a larger stage for entertainment shows. Although the hotel's sandy beach is quite small and the water needs proper seaweed clearing, there is plenty of space on both sides of the property within close proximity to trully enjoy the sea.
This hotel completely exceeded our expectations. The all-inclusive experience is done right, and we were lucky enough to stay in a beautiful room with its own private pool, which gave us the exact peace and privacy we needed. Not only was the food fantastic—fresh and delicious at every single meal—but the service here is what truly stands out. The staff is incredibly warm, attentive, and they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. A perfect getaway, highly recommended!
